I also like their spicy tuna crispy rice & salmon w mango roll. They have an awesome happy hour menu that runs til 7pm - so it's nice to visit before then. Good to support a family business!“
“Enjoy this place so much. They have so much variety. Choose from sushi, teriyaki and ramen and so much more. I love to finish off my meal with one of their desserts mochi, ice cream macaroons, or a variety of flavored ice cream fish. Have eaten here quite a few times and the portions and quality is consistent. Always clean and a super friendly and chill environment. Definately gets my recommendation. “I am so mad at myself that I am barely discovering this hidden gem after three years of living in Lakewood. Wow. The portions for their bento are so good for their price point. All the rolls are great price points for the quality they provide. They have amazing service and staff are so attentive. I am now a regular!!!!! Soo goood!!!!!!“
“First time going, not expensive at all, but it may be a wait if you want a table. We got to sit at the sushi bar, it was great, the chef was nice and friendly, and the food was on point. I had a scallops handroll and the BSCS roll. My kid had a rice salmon bowl. “I definitely enjoyed my meal here. My family was seated to left where there was a single grill, so we weren’t bothered by anyone else.There are seven grills and it’s a cozy little place. I was here on a Sunday at 6:30pm and it was packed. I had three different servers attend to my table which was impressive. Our soft drinks were never empty. The food was delicious. Just as good as any other hibachi chain.The drink menu is limited to a few beers and wine. No cocktails here.I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Servers constantly picking up finished dishes and sweeping the floors. The men’s bathroom I thought was really clean. It stood out to me.I also enjoyed seeing our steaks cooked separately and served to us directly. Even though they were all cooked to the same temperatures.I feel another places might take an order of 2 steaks or more at the same temperature and cook them all together mixing them up. Then dividing them once they are done. I feel I might not get the whole steak I ordered if it was done that way. So thank you for not doing that. I will come back soon because of that.“

“The sushi here is always consistent. Every time I get my deep fried Jalapeño roll it's always the same. Amazing! My girl loves the salmon. The miso soup is always delicious. I love the salad appetizer, the crunchy, King Kong, Philadelphia maximum rolls are some of my favorite! Oh and they have shabu shabu too! Beer! Sake! And the nicest chefs around! The owner is really sweet! I love this place! Pleasant people, good atmosphere. All around great place!“
“Oki Japan is very tasty and at a great price. We were there before the circus, which was on the lot and had a nice meal. It is located inside the Lakewood Center Mall.The place is small and does a lot of to go and delivery. There are some nice places to sit and the mall area right out front as a lot of seating.We had shrimp tempura and rice which was great and some sushi. The sushi was good, not great. We will have something else next time. Their beef bento box was really good and their vegetables are steamed nicely and they are super tasty. Their chicken teriyaki is excellent.The place is clean and the service is really nice and they are fast. Have fun.“
“The grilled chicken isn’t over cooked but just enough to keep the tenderness and flavors. I also ordered a small miso and would definitely come back to this diamond in the rough. You can tell the owner puts his heart into his business. I would definitely come back here again.“
