“The La Chingona Torta is massive! The amount of meat and ingredients packed in it makes it almost two meals worth of a torta. The amount of meat was decent and it had pierna, milanesa, jamon, chorizo, salchicha & bacon. It seemed to go together well except for the size of it being unable to eat neatly.

The service was good and the staff was nice. There's no AC and the parking is a bit tough to find. It's connected to a money wiring service and whatnot.“

“This spot is truly a hidden gem! The place is very clean, and the drinks are absolutely delicious. Prices are super reasonable too. They also serve tasty ice cream and esquites, which are both worth trying — but my favorite so far has to be the Summer Hot (it’s like a mangoneada, but even better!). Perfect for a hot day. Definitely recommend stopping by!“

“Been here a couple of times now. Food here is excellent, some of the best Mexican food in the area.

The molcajete's are very delicious and I would 10/10 recommend it. Keep in mind that a single molcajete could feed two, unless you're a big back.

Also, their agua fresas are very good too and seem to be made in house. I'd go as far as to say they have the best horchata in the area.

The staff here are always super friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong eating here.“

“Nice little cozy spot for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. They have a small bar fully stocked. A great menu full of delicious Mexican food. I went for breakfast for my first time here and I had a good experience with the staff and food.“

“I ordered a Carne asada burrito and it was so good 😋and the guy that took my order was so nice! I didn't have enough for a soda and he made it enough (I ordered 2 burritos and he gave me 2 sodas) I thought that was so nice of him to do that. “Actually so yummy. I parked nearby thinking I was going to try a different taco place, but the truck wasn't there that day. There were some local men just chilling at their truck in the lot, so we asked them if they recommended a taco spot, and they recommended Tacos Giyo which was within walking distance. I got the tostada de ceviche, which was literally a whole tray of shrimp and 2 tostada shells, and 1 cabeza taco. When it came out the window, I was literally shocked at how much food I got for the price. It was all under $8, and it couldn't get any better than this honestly. The flavors and balance were great, the staff were nice, the generosity in the volume of food, and the prices were amazing. The cabeza was wonderful--the perfect tender fatty meat 💜. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again!

“Wow ! What a taco ! And torta. So much flavor jammed in a taco. Where do I start, the portions were insane. The taco was overflowing with meat. The quality of the meat was top notch! The flavor was intense, thought I was back in Mexico for a minute. And if that’s not enough they throw in grilled onions, radishes, cucumbers, lemons and grilled chiles, Now this is what I call a taco. The torta de pierna couldn’t have been more authentic if they tried. It was on point just like the ones back home, fresh lettuce tomatoes on the pierna wrapped with a torta roll. Congratulations you have a customer for life!“

“Anytime I’m around the area I stop for some tacos de asada and the birria tacos are so good!!!! I used to get the milanesa torta but it seems to always be out. Service is fast, sometimes I call in my order so it could be ready when i arrive. It usually takes 10 mins at most when they are busy.

“I love this place. They have delicious vegan/plant based options.. jackfruit pastor, rosemary, and pulled pork. These are the tacos but I have also had the sopes, tortas, and burritos. Both my vegan and non vegan friends like the food here. A hidden gem with the veg vegetarian vegan plant based friendly options Tip: call ahead to ask if they have vegan options as they sometimes run out of jackfruit. “Hand made tortillas, authentic great tasting Mexican food and they also have cebada (barley) water. Place is tiny and gets packed at times. Parking lot may be hard to get a spot on the weekend so I usually park on the street. Been coming here for over 14 years.“

“For seafood lovers, the delicious seafood casserole and the 7 seas broth, fresh oysters, micheladas... The place is small but the service is fast and the staff is very friendly, one of my favorite places when it comes to seafood even though there are other options on the menu. The accessible location and there is always parking available.“

Aguachile and shrimp tostadas are great too I just don't care fior the bed of lettuce they put. Why the lettuce? Mariscos don't need lettuce. Either way it is so good it all goes down my belly.“

“This tiny neighborhood meat market has essential canned and boxed food and products. I go there for their quick served takeout meals. My usual is the grilled chicken burrito and plate. Simple and delicious. Sometimes the sides aren't fresh looking but the temperature must be hot enough to keep things healthy. Staff are helpful and efficient.“
