“This location has been under new management as of May this year and they have provided excellent customer service even before the new change of management. I usually place my orders via the mobile app to earn rewards points and they always have my order ready by the time I get there! The dining area is kept clean and service is quick.“

“They renovated this location and looks alot better then how it was before. The staff that I had that day were amazing and helpful. The 4 star is purely on the size of the food. I know that it's not the specific locations problem on the size of the subs, which I could be wrong, but the sizes of the sandwiches have truly gone down alot. I will still be coming here from time to time but Subway as a whole, the prices for the size of the sandwiches aren't exactly worth it anymore. Location itself is great.“

Right across Cypress community college.
Very friendly gentleman takes your order and very helpfully offers to bring it out to your car.
I get the house special banh mi : cold cuts, liver pate, crunchy daikon and radish plus jalapeno peppers. Very excellent bread holds it all together.
I always leave with a complementary tea and fruit or other sweet dessert.
No indoor dining.“

“The Reason for food being 3 is because although the sandwich i had was very good, it was nothing new or different. It was just the wich itself if you wanted a side it was extra and they were bagged chips the beer selection was nice though i always come back for that.“

“A true hidden gem. Got 2 combos and was pleasantly surprised at the value, size, and taste of everything. The sub was delicious and perfectly toasted with fresh tasting bread (got chipotle ham). The smoothies were the perfect consistency and tasted much better than any of the chains. Will definitely be coming back regularly!“

“Philly grill serves up some of the best cheese steaks around. Really fresh tasty bread with good fillings. Grab some garlic pepper sauce to throw on top very tasty. “I order "take out". Their outside dining is okay if you like that type of dining, and it's not raining. There is no indoor dining at the Long Beach location, where I patronize. I tried the Chicken Caesar Salad Sando today, and I like that one a lot(I had them add avocado on it) 👌🏼.“

Only the sandwiches are a bit over priced compared to 16 different locations weve been to. Instead of over pricing, should focus more on mass sales rather than higher priced products.“

“This is my go to Jersey Mike’s. It’s located conveniently right off the freeway, and the workers there always put my food together with love. The food is always fresh, nvr just thrown together…a few times I’ve come Dangelo, Jose, Oscar, and Armond have all shown the best customer service, always super cool and my favorite sandwich always comes out to perfection. “Under new management but the food quality still seems great. Expect a decent wait as they get slammed with catering orders around lunch time and it can take a bit to make your food. Parking is terrible in this lot but you can usually find a spot.“

At first I was discouraged because as we all know all agencies always say that when they turn you down, however after a few days Sol called me to inform I was still in her radar and when something became available she would call.
