The tacos enchilado had the perfect spicy kick, balanced with just the right amount of creamy sauce. The fish tacos were crispy and tender, not greasy at all. And the Botani Culichi? That platter was loaded with flavor — creamy, cheesy, with that signature Culichi green sauce that ties it all together. Every bite was a hit.

“Carnicería MZT is an absolute gem in Paramount ca. The owner is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond—she makes a fresh ceviche and honestly, it beats a lot of other places around. Every time I’m craving seafood, this is the first place I think of.

Not only do they sell amazing ceviche, but they also have great seasonings and a delicious house salsa that seriously goes good on everything. You can tell everything is made with care and pride. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!“

“My sister got a flyer with specials, on Tuesday they have like $1.49 fish tacos or potato tacos. But you have to order like 3 or 4, so ask. We tried both, fish tacos were better than Del Taco of course, but not as good as Taconazo. BUT they are way more affordable at $1.49 each. The potato tacos were good. Went back for their chilaquilles, those were really good, the beans were delicious. Next time we may ask for them to add chicken and a scrambled egg. We also got a machaca breakfast burrito that my sister took because the chilaquilles were too much for us. We're older, 57 and 65, so she took it to share with her daughter. They said it was delicious, best machaca burrito, and it's a breakfast special. I think it was $6.99+tax. So yes, we will go back to try other foods because the prices on specials are good. They have other items that we'd love to try, but need a bigger group to really try their specialities.“
