“We had a truly memorable anniversary dinner at The Restaurant at Justin. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The food was exquisite—highlights included the halibut crudo, lamb, pasta, and a series of creative and delicious amuse-bouche selections. The kitchen was also incredibly thoughtful and accommodating of our dietary needs.Dessert was equally impressive, providing a perfect finale. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the wine pairing—easily the best I’ve ever experienced. “The food is unique. They have options of getting small servings of dishes in groups of trios and quartets so you can taste a larger variety. The salads and brussel sprouts we ate were too good. The carrot soup was super yum. The aioli served with the fries was to die for.“

“My husband and I were visiting the area on our honeymoon in Paso. We came across this gem! I had a grilled chicken salad with purple cauliflower and Farro. No joke, that was the best salad I've ever had!!! our honeymoon was 5 months ago, and I still think about this salad almost daily... I'm extremely impressed by this restaurant by wowing me the first go round. If I was local, I'd eat there a few times a week.“

“We just had Dinner after not going for a long time and we had the pizza and the bacon bleu burger but the best thing was Tyler he was an excellent waiter server. The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time. “My favorite breakfast place great service, great food, I had been been going here for years, now when I come into town to see my girls, I take them here for our daddy/ daughter date, it’s our special thing to do“

“I had the blueberry pancakes with maple syrup and butter. Three big pancakes, well made and full of blueberries. Very tasty and a good portion.

My girlfriend had an omelette with the avocado, which also went down really well. The coffee was good too although it would have been nicer to have fresh milk to add to it rather than the small packs of half & half.

Staff were friendly and attentive and made for a pleasant visit.

Loads of seating available both indoors and outside. We sat outside which even though it's on the road didn't really feel like it because there wasn't much traffic.“
