Yummy wine, a beautiful tasting room, and top notch staff makes this a must visit in Paso. Nancy is so friendly and knowledgeable. She was so welcoming and also won our dog over with treats. Take home a bottle of Cassidy, it's a hit!
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon in July and we had the place to ourselves. Very nicely modeled and spacious tasting room. Adriana hosted us and we really enjoyed her knowledge of wines and the background of the winemakers. My daughter bought a Tannat and I got a bottle of Zinfandel. It was a great tasting and we will be back.

Incredible wines, even more incredible staff! Seven Oxen was our first winery stop and Nancy absolutely blew us away with her knowledge and welcoming demeanor. She took her time explaining the wines to us and educating us about the winemaking process so we could really appreciate each pour. The wines themselves are more delicate than a lot of other Paso wines which I loved. We also got to try some older vintages and unusual varieties which was so fun!
