“This is BY FAR the best Starbucks location in New Perris. The drive thru is very convenient, and ALL the baristas know my exact drink. A blond roast with a little bit of oat milk. I am there like clock work at 7:15 and the Baristas are phenomenal. Even on weekends they make my family feel appreciated. I would give a 6/5 stars if I could. Keep up the GREAT work!“
“Went after work to get my dad a black coffee and I was given an order for someone else. My fault that I didn't check until I was almost home. I called the store and expressed my experience and they were quick to offer me a replaced for tomorrow when I get off from work. That was very nice and I truly appreciated it as a fellow customer service person. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue at hand.“

“Today on September 17 2025, I got some coffee here at this location and was surprised to be greeted by the young lady at the register. The environment and atmosphere was AMAZING and very warm inside this Starbucks location. Everyone was so nice to me and they kept thanking me for being there. ❤️ Thank you guys! Oh and by the way the coffee was made with love and perfection! ❤️😭 Thank you for your services and support I will definitely be going back to this location.“
“The sweetest people work here, my regular is pink drink with vanilla and white mocha but today I wanted to change it up and get the new raspberry syrup, unfortunately I didn’t like it so I asked to get it remade to my regular even though it was completely my fault they remade the drink with no problem even though it’s made correctly. They replace it to satisfy the costumer I appreciate you guys!“
