“The sweetest people work here, my regular is pink drink with vanilla and white mocha but today I wanted to change it up and get the new raspberry syrup, unfortunately I didn’t like it so I asked to get it remade to my regular even though it was completely my fault they remade the drink with no problem even though it’s made correctly. They replace it to satisfy the costumer I appreciate you guys!“

“I've been to many Starbucks in California and many other states. This hast be one of the friendliest, accurate and fastest service I've experienced. Christina, Lynda and the team are great, even at there peak of rush time. Yes, you may have to wait a bit at the peak of rush hour but they treat you like a valued customer. Great job you all!“
“Went after work to get my dad a black coffee and I was given an order for someone else. My fault that I didn't check until I was almost home. I called the store and expressed my experience and they were quick to offer me a replaced for tomorrow when I get off from work. That was very nice and I truly appreciated it as a fellow customer service person. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue at hand.“
