“It’s been 12 hours since I ate here and I am still thinking about every single bite. This place is such a hidden gem and was so worth our trip from San Francisco to try it! Everything was heaven. I don’t even want to tell you what to get, just know you can’t go wrong. The service was 12/10 and so accommodating to my littles.

“I came to Poppy for the first time with a friend visiting from out-of-town. We ordered the bread service with duck pate and salmon rillette to start with the trout and the clams and mussels with pancetta for our entrees. Everything was just outstanding in its depth of flavor and preparation, and our waiter was quite pleasant, attentive, and helpful in choosing a bottle plus 2 glasses of wine. Sadly, we simply didn't have room for dessert. Our ONLY complaint is that their 2-top tables are ridiculously small and their was absolutely no way to fit our first courses and a wine chilling bucket on our table. Otherwise it was a wonderful dinner!“
