“Yes, you will need a reservation, but they were kind enough to reserve a special table for us to honor our 10th anniversary! We were greeted with smiles and staff was quick to offer either still or sparkling water [nice]. Our water pourer, Maddie, was ahead of our thirst all evening and our glasses never were empty [we went through three bottles!]. Our server, Haley, was attentive and professional. She very capably poured the Justin Isosceles and went over the menu to answer any questions. My tuna tataki was exceptional...it may be an appetizer, but it was incredibly tasty and filling. The lady thoroughly enjoyed her local sablefish [first time] and its yummy accompaniments. The wine list is strong and reasonably priced. Beautiful views of Pismo Beach enhance the dining experience. The restaurant is on point, clean top notch restrooms and obvious elegance. We couldn't believe there wasn't any dress code...folks showed up looking like they just walked off the beach without a wink. Ahh...the beach life in Pismo is quite relaxing.”

“We came in today from NCounty to check it out. All the IG posts make my mouth water! We got two shaved ice, an ube/Taro smoothie and a spam musubi. Everything was so so so good but the customer service was even better. Very sweet and welcoming staff running this place. Will absolutely be back!”

“The staff at Ada's was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to make adjustments to dishes if requested. Ada's clam chowder was different from other places I have ordered clam chowder (comparing with Ivars and Moe's); added fresh chives, gave the broth more flavor than usual. The potatoes in the chowder were the right consistency. Creamy soup without seeming like gravy nor thin. The portion was about 1.75 cups. Ample side sourdough bread. The crust was soft and not dried out. The staff was accommodating, providing peppermint tea and plenty of hot water in a teapot, which I found charming. Parking is an issue, but welcome to costal CA. Everyone has consisdered the limits of possible parking and made diagrams in compensation. The indoor dining room tables are fairly close proximity, so be prepared to possibly know the topic of your neighbor's conversation.”

“During our first day at Pismo we decided to eat at Del’s and it was great, for appetizer we had the fried raviolis 10/10. We tried the meatball calzone which is huge it can definitely be shared, my wife couldn’t decide which pizza to order so the server recommended to do half & half so that was pretty cool, at the end she went with the little Hawaii and the shell beach road both were a 10/10. Also their rolls & honey butter are amazing 🔥”

“Great place to stop by for a coffee. I ordered iced latte with almond milk and pumpkin bread. Bread was nice but they use chai powder for the latter and they didn’t even mix it properly. It was ok for the taste but just something to keep in mind. It was so weird to literally have powder getting in your drink while you sip.”

“It's the first time I visit a coffee shop inside a surf shop. Initially I thought I was at the wrong place and looked around a little confused. The barista is probably used to it and was very nice and patiently waited for me to figure out it was the right place.

The menu has the classic coffee shop offerings but also offers a which was very intriguing. There were lots of good choices and I'll definitely be back to try the Smoked Iced Americano some other day.

I ordered the Salted Caramel Latte. It was a perfectly balanced drink and the bruleed sugar at the top was so good. The sweetness was just enough and didn't cover the taste of the coffee.

The service took the experience to another level. The barista was friendly and welcoming. He showed great attention to detail and had that beautiful latte art on top before he finished the drink off with the bruleed sugar.

I highly recommend this place and it will be my go to spot for coffee anytime I'm in the area.”

“We are from the Bay Area, but Zorro’s is probably my top restaurant for Mexican food among all we frequent. Tastes are exquisite. A very large selection. Staff is friendly and efficient. I wish we could go there each week, but alas, we would have to travel 200 miles to do so. You will not regret this. Enjoy and savor the experience.”

“We were making our regular drive between LA and the Bay, taking 101 because the vegan options on 5 are truly dire. Y'not gets points for its proximity to the freeway. They don't allow dogs inside, so we took our pups and sat on a sunny patch of grass behind the building. I ordered the quinoa bowl, my husband the mexi. What we got: a lot of quinoa (me), a lot of rice (him). I had to dig through a mound of grain to search for spinach leaves radishes, and almonds. Ditto for him. My husband also got a berry smoothie that was too sweet for me. Everything was fresh and tasted great. But for the prices, I would hope for a little more of the good stuff.”

“I've been to Breezeway Cafe once, and the folks who run the place are sweethearts. My partner spilled his Americano, and they remade it for him, which they didn't have to do. Their portions are enormous. A side of bacon and biscuits with gravy will last you, or at least me, two meals. The Strawberry Dream was great, perfect amount of ice cream, strawberries, and breading. My only feedback is both the gravy and breading could use a little more salt, but I'm sure I could ask for that next time. I wish they weren't 300 miles away from where I live”

“I fries this restaurant because there Chinese food places i used to use just aren't as good as they were before. This restaurant is wonderful!! Lots of vegetables, great egg foo young and lemon chicken. It's quaint and not huge, an older building. So worth it. My new go to. Of note, the bathroom is down a steep flight of stairs. They also don't do delivery, only pick up orders and dine in.”

“Best keto coffee I’ve ever had. Anywhere I go I ask for my expresso shots over extra ice with heavy cream, cinnamon powder, and sugar free vanilla syrup. It was like a spell!!! Lol this lil coffee shop stole my heart. I even purchased Mexican And Italian beans to go. I was a little surprised how fast and friendly the service was because it was a busy Sunday with only 2 employees! I definitely look forward to my next visit to pismo for this coffee! ❤”

Starting with Carlos, who brought bread and opened up the service, he was the epitome of efficiency and sociology.

Justin was attentive and gave us plenty of space when we weren't ready.

The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and there was something about the pizza where the crust seemed both light and filling.

We are eager to come back on our next trip here.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Subway while visiting Pismo Beach last weekend, and I especially wanted to take a moment to recognize the owner, Seasun. She was genuinely one of the kindest and sweetest people I’ve come across during our trip. ❤

Seasun was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and patient. You could tell that she truly cared about making sure everyone who came into the restaurant had a good experience. She had such a warm personality and made us feel comfortable right away. Sometimes you go into a restaurant expecting nothing more than a quick meal, but every once in a while you come across someone whose kindness really stands out, and that was definitely Seasun!

Her kindness made such a difference, especially while we were traveling and stopping in for a quick meal (We told her we’re going ATVing at Pismo Beach for my cousins birthday!). It’s not every day that you meet someone who leaves such a good impression after only a short interaction, but Seasun absolutely did :)

She represents the restaurant so well, and her kindness definitely made our visit memorable. We left with a smile, and honestly, I still remember how nice she was even after getting back home.

“stopped in town to meet the family and picked Pismo Brewing for lunch! we were greeted and seated by Celeste who is an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!!! we brought the party quite literally because prior, there was no one in the entire restaurant, but shortly after we ordered, Celeste was serving the whole place from front to back solo!!! As a former waitress of 15 years, it was really impressive to see and so fun to watch! The food was absolutely spectacular, delicious beers, and if you're feeling wild, be sure to try the boozy rootbeer!! The rootbeer is also brewed in house and is some of the best I've had in my 35 years of this little life so be sure to stop by, you will not be disappointed! brownie points that they were pet friendly too! :)”

“My mom and I had been driving all day and pulled into Hoagies about 2 minutes before closing time. We asked CJ and Taylor if it would be possible to still order some food. They said they were happy to do so! Then we told them they we both have celiac disease and asked if they could give us something gluten free. They both went out of their way to read labels for us and even asked if we would like to have corn tortilla strips on our salads instead of croutons (which are not gluten free). “Dining out and given the option of a special is always a treat and i usually go for it. one word to describe the skirt steak last night GROSS...never have i seen or been served such a horrible piece of meat. embarrassment for your chef/ kitchen and then our server. Lisa was so helpful and caring, sure it messed her up for awhile too. by the way its librarian lisa. bottom line no way should a kitchen send out such a tough piece of meat, I couldnt even cut it . it was either not prepped correctly or the supplier might needs replaced? sorry we're locals and enjoy the patio and will continue for breakfast, but the dinner menu is off limits.”

“Where do I even begin... Just don't... Look on my page on my reels and that's not even the tip of it I have more pictures. And honestly it wasn't a many thing the only thing I wanted was the sincere apology from one of the staff like a manager. Please read and more reviews will come on multiple websites so this doesn't happen to others. I booked this hotel solely because I thought that we would be able to see the fireworks on 4th of July from the balcony (im a single mom who loves to travel). When I called on 4th of July someone answered and said yes the pool in the top would be open, When I got here with my family it was not. Also the room was late because they were cleaning it and I had to wait over 40 minutes.... So I carried on with my day and then later and later as I got into my room I started hearing some noise, It was the sync bubbling up with sewage. My 1st instinct was to call the lobby they said that they would send somebody shortly, No one came so I ran to the lobby and I showed them a picture. (I had already spoken to yet another staff member who said someone will be there and shrug me off. ) After I showed him the picture then they sent a janitor still no manager apologizing. They gave me a breakfast voucher which was OK but still no official apology nothing sincere. So for $600 almost, I didn't get access to the balcony on 4th of July even before the event, My room was late because they were cleaning it, I have sewage in my sink which I have videos of dark water boiling in my restroom sink out of nowhere. In that same restroom I had to take a shower which was mind boggling. Not one manager came to apologize they did not care. They only had very few staff on site. Then the next day that I got access to the Jacuzzi I found myself cleaning it out because it had bugs in it from the event last night which tells me they did not even clean it. I don't know how many illegalities this hotel is doing but for that price charging About $600 around there They should ensure that their service meets the price tag. I've stayed at plenty of hotels cheaper ones more pricier ones and I've never had this experience the one where people have this demeanor of not caring about their customers. Go to other hotels save your money or at least a headache. There's plenty of other beautiful resorts you don't need to go through what I went through. They did not care at all they were not kind mind you I'm a single mother traveling with 2 children they did not do anything to ensure it was a good day to apologize my son cried seeing that seek filled with dark stuff bubbling .. I didn't even care about getting my money back what I cared about was getting a sincere heart fell apology something called kindness. I will continue to make an updated video in the future of my experience here with photos and videos since I was treated so poorly. Just don't do it.”
