“This was my first time at Craft. I had read their reviews on Yelp so me and my brother's decided to go try them out.
The restaurant has great ambiance and there was little to complain about their service expect that even though it was not a very busy time, it still took a while for our food to arrive.
The burgers tasted quite good actually but they were not served hot... They were not cold but not what you'd expect at a restaurant that charges a fair amount of money. My onion rings were absolutely cold and very greasy so I asked the server to have them made again. She was very kind and put the reorder in quickly. They onion rings came back and they were still very greasy...
I would still recommend Craft Burgers because their burgers were good... Just make sure to let the server know that you expect your food to be served hot... Bon appetit!“

“I ordered a 4 x 3 (4 patties and 3 slices of cheese) cheeseburger with raw onions. The burger was very good as always. The service is typically somewhat slow as is the case with In-N-Out, but worth the wait for the quality of the burger. I’ve never cared for their fries, I understand they are simply straight potatoes, which is probably healthier, but the texture is disappointing compared to other fries which are processed to give them a more appealing texture. I know many people who feel the same way.“

“I went here for lunch with my wife during her lunch break. We got a cheeseburger and an ? burger. Food was good quality ? and the service was friendly. The price point is a little higher than Super Nicks burgers ??. Outside of the slightly higher prices this is a decent lunch spot.“

“If you want to feel like a real god-fearing American and order a bagel sandwich with a coffee at a small-business-feeling local shop before heading to your 9-5 job, this is the place for you.

The coffee is excellent, there are so many different ways to combine bagels and eggs that you will never get bored, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised to discover their smoothies are made with real fruit and real yogurt (other bagel places use powder).

Avalon is also more affordable than other local bagels (Bruggers I'm looking at you). Would recommend!“

“I’ve lived in Placentia for about 4 years now and this is the first time eating here. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. It’s wayyy better than Rigoberto’s was. I definitely recommend the carne asada burrito and the carne asada torta. Thank you for a great first time. My family and I will definitely be back.“

“Probably the cleanest fast food establishment I have ever been to. Food was piping hot and delicious. You can tell they really care about everything here - one of the employees was even scraping gum off of the sidewalk. The attention to detail and care was such a nice surprise.“

“Unfortunately had to return some Sante Fe chicken sandwiches to here and Cassie at the front was able to give me a lot of feedback on why they weren’t as appetizing as they were a few years back. She was very helpful, informative and nice. Really glad I didn’t go in there and come off arrogant from the start because she had mentioned that they have been getting a lot of complaints on those sandwiches as they have changed their chicken breast provider. Hope Carls Jr changes who they get their chicken breast from as my family used to love those sandwiches but have noticed that they’re just not right anymore. Likesaid, I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was about the subject. Me myself have never tried those sandwiches but everything else from carls is absolutely amazing to me.
