When someone finally noticed me, they didn't apologize or offer help. Instead, they just told me to use the kiosk. I explained that I only had cash, and the kiosk only accepts cards. Rather than helping, they acted annoyed that they had to take my order—which was just a freeze.

This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of basic customer service and consideration. If you’re going to require kiosks, at least make sure there’s a clear option for cash-paying customers, or don’t treat people like they’re a burden for needing assistance. I won’t be coming back.“
