“The other night, I phoned in an order for 2 seep dish pizzas. When I came to pick them up, only one was on the order. I explained that i had been told the total cost and she had read back the order, and yet, there was only one pizza. The associate helping me suggested I order a thin crust medium and they would put a rush in for it....and didn't charge me for it. I really wanted a deep dish, but so appreciated the offer, and his efforts to make my order right. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was right in line with what I've come to expect from Zachary's and their excellent customer service. Bravi!!“

“These sandwiches are very hearty, but they are expensive. The food quality is the thing they have going on here. If you have a chance make sure to put in your order before you get here, when we were here there was one person working. We got the inspector and the California club. The inspector was very tasty but would have been so much better without the onion. The club was a club other than the size and weight of it there was nothing really special about it.“
