“Even though this spot is sort of just a basic burger place, I'm giving it all the starts because I was pleasantly impressed. I checked out the menu beforehand online, so when I arrived I already had an idea of what to order. I mention this because they have a quite robust menu that includes not only American staples such as burgers, fries, and hot dogs, but also serve breakfast, and Mexican food as well. This made things a bit more difficult to choose because I'm a huge fan of Mexican food.The establishment was clean and tidy; service counter, soda fountain and dining area were all spotless. The man behind the counter was friendly and welcomed us warmly. We ordered two Pleasanton burgers, a corn dog, fries and zucchini, and took a seat.It wasn't long before he presented our food, all fresh and piping hot off the grill. My burger was fantastic. It was juicy and the cheese was quality, well melted, and complemented the burger well. My zucchini was of generous proportion, cut into thick wedges and served with a side of ranch. My husband ate his food in joyful silence.Wonderful food. Wonderful experience.
