I have visited a number of Panda Express’s in the Tri-Valley area. I tried this location once about two months ago. We placed our order and everything seemed fine. But, while the one employee was assembling the food another employee came by fixing her plate for her break. And, that 2nd employee scooped some food and put it on her plate. Ordered fried rice with honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken with a side of veggie rolls. Just had to wait 3-4 minutes for a fresh batch of orange chicken to come out before I received my order. Wasn't busy at around 3pm on a Saturday.

Taking orders inside the store ahead of the line is better than talking with the server while selecting your food...this is to avoid saliva going to the food trays while ordering and speaking to the food server.
