“l Love Starbucks. I visit the store 3-6 times a week depending on my work schedule. But I am so tired of going to my hometown Starbucks (Channel Islands) and it either being closed all day, closes early or only can get drinks from the drive thru. Ever since the manager has changed at the store it is almost impossible to purchase a coffee. Your stocks are done and now I can't even get a coffee from your business...so disappointed“

“This place is all natural. I stumbled on this cute shop via instagram. The vibe makes you feel like you traveled to the caribbean and left california temporarily. There was a lady trying out samples of the juices while i was there and she couldnt stop talking about how good the santa rosa juice was. I highly recommend getting the dirty monkey smoothies. They offer acai bowls, juices, smoothies and cleanse programs. The employees are very sweet and kind. Free small parking lot. Reasonable prices. Dont forget to sign up for their reward programs as well.“

“I had a another great experience at Immigrant Son! Cortni was incredibly informative and engaging--she really listened to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions. I mentioned I was looking for something keto-friendly and protein-packed, and she recommended a side of chicken and a side of avocado. Simple, healthy, and surprisingly delicious! To top it off, I treated myself to their strawberry sourdough scone--absolutely amazing, especially paired with a good cup of coffee! Ronan, the manager, was exceptional as well. “Only one word describes Seed Ranger…..WOW!!! First of all, they offer ANYTHING that conventional restaurants like Applebees, Chili’s, TGI Fridays can offer, and it’s all vegan! I have had wonderful comfort food before and I’m always happy when I can find it, but this place offers over 100 different items from breakfast to “shrimp” po boy sandwiches and it’s all made to order. The cafe is in one of the most out of the way locations off Johnson Road in Ventura, and it appears that they are the last surviving restaurant in what was once a thriving food court, so make your day and satisfy your appetite at Seed Ranger. “We were traveling and staying in Oxnard. We found masala twist on google and decided to give it a try. It was such a jem. Very authentic Punjabi Indian food, we are so glad we stopped by. “Dan closed the brewery down for the Ventura County Sportfishing Club holiday party event. 60-70 members/guests attended. The staff handled the party with aplomb and assured everyone enjoyed the evening. This is some of the best craft beer you can find. The food was amazing and plentiful especially the short ribs. I would encourage a visit for some great beers. And if you are having an event, I would strongly suggest working with these folks. These are some of the nicest people you will find at any establishment in Ventura. I will be a regular.“

I’ve never cooked a brisket, and Tom kindly showed me two he smoked last night, both beautifully browned and crusty, and ready to be sliced across the grain. My husband had an egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and scarfed it down. We shared a huge glass of delicious orange juice. A breakfast to remember! And we’ll be back! Thanks, Tom and Dalton!“

For those who love to indulge, mouth waters glasses of ice-cold milk shakes dipped in chocolate await you, with leftovers in the container and a spoon! There are waffles with maple syrup, Hawaiian pineapple chicken sandwiches, Serrano peppers mixed in with scrambled eggs, and kids menu items that can feed two very hungry preschools from a single plate. I always have leftovers. And to top it off, the prices are pretty reasonable, especially for the huge portion sizes. When you pull up, you may notice that the lines may be long, but don't let that hijack your food craving. Stop the car and come on in! They have a fast system, and it works like clock work. I don't know if it's because they are located at the airport where people traditionally need fast service? Or if they carry on the excellence, always model from it being an early military insulation moons and moons ago! But it works! You place your order before you're even seated and pay right away. “We had dinner tonight 10/24 @cafe zack. I made reservation for 6 pax. We seated in the patio and it was beautiful. I ordered rack of lamb (forgot to take photo). I ate every bit. We had Ceasar salad and the rest of the group ordered cowboy rib eye and fettuccine seafood curry. We had the desserts. Everything was delicious. It was our first time and cafe zack didn't disappoint us. We definitely comeback on December 26 for my birthday!“

“I was first introduced to Bright Spark In March at the Ventura Beer Experience. We talked with a lovely couple behind the table and tasted Day Trip, which has become my all-time favorite. We were introduced to a concept called Musical Bingo that day, and I was delighted to make my first visit to the brewery on my 55th birthday in May. Every single one of the employees there was kind, gracious, and warm. The food was absolutely amazing and the Musical Bingo is so much fun! I have since been dragging people left and right there and recommending you guys because of what a great laid back family-friendly atmosphere it is.
