Most shudder at the idea, but this coffee is rich and absolutely delicious--- and the strength, which is a relative term, only increases the enjoyment. Starbuck's, for example, is strong, as well, but it can be bitter and harsh. Not so wide WE beans! Quite the opposite. It's a grand place to sit and relax, and the atmosphere is cordial and inviting. It is now our favorite "coffee haunt."“

“I had a plain latte and it was amazing. You know the coffee is good when you don't need syrups to jazz it up. Hubby is a sweet coffee person and had a seasonal ice-blended drink that he loved. They have a bunch of muffins, cookies, and other baked goods. They even have a few packaged gluten-free and gluten cookies. I had a gluten-free cinnamon one warmed up and it was yummy! “I used to go to the OG location in North Hollywood so I was thrilled when this location opened up. If you love tea, their selection is awesome and they’ll do their own blends that are super refreshing. Their pastry selection is on point and I love that they’ll make breakfast sandwiches. It’s a bummer there isn’t much space to stick around and enjoy your beverage while you work or something, so don’t expect a big space. But it’s still delightful and I’m so glad there’s a good coffee shop in the area that isn’t a giant corporation.“

“The valley is filled with all sorts of amazing diners and Nat’s is definitely one of them. I drive up to the valley from West LA frequently for great diners and would highly suggest trying this one out if you haven’t already. It’s a traditional country diner with large sized portions and fair pricing. They have a very small parking lot in the back, but it was full when we arrived for Saturday brunch so we had to do metered street parking. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out quickly. Inside is really homely and fairly small. They don’t have outdoor seating so if it’s very busy, expect to wait a little bit for one of the inside tables.

They have a fairly large menu, and it has all the classic options that you would expect. As always I started with a cup of coffee and it was strong and delicious. We also shared a Cinnamon Roll to start our meal and it was honestly really good. It did not have the traditional white cream cheese frosting, but I still enjoyed it. For my meal, I chose the Short Rib Benedict and thought it was terrific. The meat was really tender, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again.

Overall a great diner and a solid breakfast, brunch, or lunch spot. I plan to be back in the near future to try more items.

How the ordering process worked was explained I selected the Chia Tea, such amazing notes and crafted to my expectations. I was asked to sample the taste before placing my lid. “Did this location used to be a Starbucks? Yes, and you feel its ghost when you walk in, but now the shop has become something BETTER.

Nothing against Starbs, but their mass-premade breakfast sandwiches can’t hold a candle to the breakfast sandwiches here; Stringy, melty cheese, savory sausage or crispy bacon, and an aioli that elevates the whole thing! And that blueberry streusel muffin is FIRE!

Luis, Desiree and Gio have made me feel right at home the past couple of times I’ve been here, the space is open and bright and they got great vibes playing over the sound system.

Did I mention they sell coffee too? Excellent flavors. So far I’ve have their horchata latte and dulce de leche; customize as you like. EXCELLENT!

“I've been here twice now and asked both times for no sugar in my beverages and they've been very nice and accommodating. I'm insulin resistant/Pre-diabetic and avoid sugar/added sugars. Jamie and Tom are the best business owners you could possibly imagine — they take the time to get to know you, your family, your life…it’s quite amazing. The food is fantastic as well.
