The Female owner Michelle Bailey said she will not be a song N*** and did not offer to do anything about it. Oh She said there is a guy there that likes to play this song when he plays pool. If people there accept this happening I will vote by not going there.“

“Amazing sushi and noodles at Ayu Sushi & Noodles in Pacific Highlands Ranch in Carmel Valley. We loved everything, the tempura udon, the yume, sachi, and anata rolls, the bluefin crudo, and the salmon hand rolls. Great selection of species on the menu, next time will need to get more nigiri and sashimi. Great service, friendly and quick. We sat on the dog friendly patio. Recommend!“

“I really want to absolutely love this place but I’ve come in twice during karaoke and had to leave due to headaches caused by the sound system being way too loud or not mixed well for higher harsher tones. Never left a review like this but hoping it helps. I want to come back and not have to leave because my head hurts. Hope you guys can figure out the sound a little better. Love the place though!“

Clean, no sketchy people, good parking, good access from the freeway, good variety, lots of beers and standard liquor varieties.. owner is there from time to time, excellent staff.. you can go there as a single woman and no creepy people will bug you.. decent happy hour.. very reliable place, clean and friendly“

“Our group of 5 had fun at Forbidden Cove. The service was fantastic, and all our servers seemed genuinely dedicated to us having a great experience. Decor and black light effects made it extra secret. I love the whole speakeasy idea. Food: Two of us had Spam tacos (mine were Luau), with Mac Salad and Cucumber, which were really tasty. Two diners had the Poke tower and they were delicious as well. One ordered pork sliders, and he thought they were very tasty and satisfying. Drinks were all very good, a bit heavy on the ice if there was a criticism. Great time was had by all!“

“First time here for karaoke party. The room was big they had a big screen TV they had a digital selection book. The mics worked well. Everyone that was in the party I was with had a good time. We were there on a Sunday afternoon between 1:00 and 4:00. FYI: the first two hours of parking is free the third hour you'll have to pay. you'll need one of those parking apps or you can scan the barcode off one of the signs in the parking lot.“
