“Sandwhich was pretty good and the young staff seemed professional and friendly. The only thing though there was a older gentleman with his hair down in a biker jacket behind the counter hovering around the staff then hung around at the tables. Made me feel uncomfortable for the staff because it felt like he was just watching them work. I get it he might be the manager but let the staff breathe, they seemed to be doing great. No one likes a micro manager.“

“My family and I enjoy eating at firehouse subs. My daughter enjoys her kids meal meatball subs and always gets excited for her hat. I enjoy all sorts of different sandwiches. “I came in around 4:30-5 o’clock there was 2 girls working they were both wearing glasses I believe who I was talking to was Taylor she was sweet and informed that there was no more bread I said how can there be no more bread she had informed me her and her other co worker came in at 4 said the day crew did not make any bread for them. I felt so bad because they were busy with online orders on top customers in store like myself they were only doing minis because that’s all they had left. When I got down to the register young lady named Victoria gave me a free drink and sub card for the inconvenience of having no bread. Even though I didn’t get size I wanted they still had great customer service and handled everything well!!! They deserve a raise!!! I don’t know why day crew wouldn’t make there bread but I’ll definitely be coming around more during the evening time when they are there! Wonderful job ladies“

Much good to say about this place, only thing I was uncomfortable with was that the busier it gets the more people are packed in together, even for the patrons eating there they have another one standing right next to their table, too close for comfort for me.
