Both of the young workers were friendly and patient with me as I informed them of my preferences. All smiles and friendly vibes. This was a Wednesday evening.Food:You get what you order, so be specific if you have specific desires. The quality has always been consistently good at any given Togos. This particular visit, my sandwich was made exactly how I asked and I was very happy when I was done eating.Inside:As the light aroma of hot pastrami greets the nose, one might notice it is very clean upon entry. Well lit. Plenty of tables to dine in. A restroom for customers (the only part of this Togo's that I noticed to be not so clean or aesthetically pleasing).Outside:Located in an outdoor strip mall. Parking is plentiful and fairly easy to get a close spot to the restaurant. A Yogurt Land is next door and it appears that the two restaurants provide outdoor seating together. This area of the mall looked well kept and loved by locals.“
“I was visiting Capitola recently and decided to have lunch here. This is quite a large location and they have a nice large menu on the wall. I got a half Pilgrims Progress sandwich and salad combo. The sandwich was very tasty. Always my favorite. And love the pickle spear on the side. The salad was a good size and I love their croutons. And remembered to hold the bell peppers this time. Nice balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Quick service. Food delivered to my table. The bathroom was a bit dirty but otherwise a nice lunch experience.“

“We’ve traveled through all the states and this is the BEST chicken sandwich we’ve had. Highly recommend. It’s the worst when we crave a Chubb’s sandwich on a Sunday or Monday (they are closed). The employees also seem like they enjoy their job, always nice.“
“By far my most favorite sandwich place in Santa Cruz and I've been a customer since their first week of opening. The Italian is a favorite, but regardless of what sandwich I'm getting I always make sure to order their Beer Barnacle's - tater tots loaded with spicy cheese sauce topped with bacon. Can't forget their homemade potato chips, absolutely fried perfect with just the right about of seasoning! Also a great spot to sit on the corner and people watch + dog friendly patio (on leash). “Pastrami Ruben was pretty good. Sauerkraut nice good toasted sourdough bread lots of pastrami, meat and gooey cheese. Needed a little more thousand island dressing and or mustard. They have other pastrami combinations one with pesto and a cold one with cheese.“

“I stopped here with a friend the other day to grab a sandwich. The interior was a little fall so we were in about assigned seating inside. But were able to find a spot outside. The sandwiches were super good. I think I got the number one on sourdough. I would highly recommend grabbing a sandwich here.“
“Great service!. Greeted everyone with enthusiasm so much so iwe felt like family. And delicious hot food with wonderful creative options. Decent prices too. I wonder if Eric's would be willing to convert the salads and at least a few sandwiches to 100% organic. I would go there more often and recommend it to more people. Prices would need to adjust of course but it would be so much better for our bodies and the planet...and organic produce, especially tomatoes would taste and nourish 100% better. Also appreciate that my to go packaging was biodegradable. Btw i enjoyed the Baja chicken sandwich“
“Awesome steak and cheese subs!!! Just like what I ate growing up in Boston. Excellent steak and produce. I only gave "Service" 4 stars for two reasons. One, you can always be better. I don't think anyone is truly a 5. And two, and unfortunately, the main reason for only 4 stars is that they don't tend to read the directions or notes supplied on each sandwich when ordered. IE: Add Mayo - Slice in 4, etc. Other than that slight issue, It would be 4.99 Stars!!!Jersey Mike's is awesome!!!! Can't wait for the Scotts Valley, CA location to open so I don't have to go all the way to Santa Cruz!!!“
“After dropping off the 7 Winklesticks and two boxes of Bluehanker Gobblygoons to Uutaacuss Coombaba the Sea Urchin diver from Uganda I was whipped. I think he's going to use those things to scrape the barnacles off his trawler, and I told him that's not what they're designed for, but he just mumbled and made some popping noises like the Bantu tribesmen do. He paid me and I couldn't get out any faster. I made a beeline straight for Eric's DeliCafe they're the best on the coast.5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆“

“The cleanest Jersey Mike's I've been to and they're all generally really clean. Julian was EXTREMELY sweet and kind, I mean customer service is unmatched, he's probably the example used in the customer service training videos. Food was top notch and entire staff was also so friendly, another staff member was having such a polite conversation with another client while tending to them. The exceptional demonstration of multitasking definitely made myself and the other client in the store felt happy. 10/10 would invite Julian to a BBQ.“
“Delicious. I had my lunch break in Capitola and saw this spot was open. The mall foodcourt isnt open before 11am. I ordered the breakfast sausage and egg sandwhich. Love it! Great service. Clean dining room. Food was made on the spot, bread is soft and toasted. Im definately coming back to try the other sandwhichs.“
