“Pretty packed and loud but it was worth it. The food was really delicious. We had a great time. All the servers were great. It's a little on the pricey side but they give you big portions. My friends ordered family style and we all got so sample each other's food. I'd go again if I'm in town.“

“We really enjoyed ourselves at Rudy's Hideaway. Food was delicious! We shared an appetizer, fried calamari. For our entrée: *8oz lobster tail, baked potato and green beans *Surf and Turf, which included prime rib, king crab leg, baked potato and green beans. We ended our meal having cheesecake with raspberry sauce and creme brulee. Our sever was attentive and polite. He went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasure. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. We will definitely be back...highly recommend!“

“Burning Barrel Brewing Co. is easily one of the most exciting breweries I’ve visited—and I’ve visited a lot. The tap list? Insane. Over 20 beers on rotation, from hazy IPAs and crisp pilsners to wild smoothie sours and barrel-aged stouts. I tried a blueberry banana cheesecake sour that tasted like it came straight from a dessert menu. Meanwhile, the “Side Pull Pillows” Czech pilsner was perfectly clean and balanced—proof they do the classics just as well as the experimental. The space is laid-back and welcoming. Plenty of seating both inside and out, misters on the patio for hot days, and dog-friendly! The staff was super knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations based on what I liked. You can really tell the team here cares about quality and innovation. Also, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely passionate about beer—which makes a huge difference. “We chomped down like half of that soup before I thought to feed the phone!! It was delicious (ramen soup) with the tender pieces of beef. I'm not a soup eater but I will get this again. The gochujong chicken was super crispy, I wish they offered legs as some pieces were not super meaty. The porkchop was also very crispy. The brown sauce was not exactly how I like it but still good. Restaurant decor was minimal. I'm always comparing Korean restaurants here to what I had in South Korea - it's difficult to measure up. This was high quality and very enjoyable. Definitely going back for that soup.“

“I went looking for a new place to try for a good diner style breakfast. I don’t normally eat out due to rising costs and ability to make great food at home but thought I’d look for a nice local spot to try out. I was not disappointed at all after trying their Specialty Omelette with biscuits and gravy. Friendly staff and excellent food. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back. Most of the menu looks great and the pricing while not cheap, it certainly was worth the cost for the quality of the food prepared.“

“Great place to get several different kinds of papusas! I personally would recommend the squash and cheese ones. They also have a rice masa, that would probably work for the gluten intolerant. It has a milder flavor, but a bit more crispy. We also had tamales and orchata. Both were definitely good. Would definitely return if back in the area! Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean. There's also a shop there, which we had to skip because of our plans...but could be interesting. This place could use a little updating, that's the only reason for not giving full stars on Atmosphere.“

“The food was amazing, spicy means spicy here and I love that. I had the fried tofu, the egg rolls and garlic and pepper broccoli, it was all delicious! The tofu was crispy and cut nicely, the sauce on the side was wonderful and fresh tasting, the egg rolls were very good and perfectly cooked , and the flavor of the vegetables in my dish were so fresh and not over cooked or saturated. The prices were about the same I guess but there’s a new atmosphere of pushing alcohol. It almost gives the vibe of a bar. I did not like it. I think they went from being a classy good family restaurant to leaning towards a bar environment.“

“I don't understand anyone saying the food is bland. I've been going here for approximately 25 years and it's amazing how consistent the food has been over that long period of time. Everything I've tried has been very flavorful and delicious and well-seasoned, and again, CONSISTENT.

There's only so much you can do with Spanish rice and refried beans, so those are never going to wow anyone, but they have as much flavor as you can expect without totally changing them. Their salsa is delicious and consistent and well-seasoned. I like that it is blended well and not super chunky.

They do not have, nor ever had hard liquor, so the margaritas are wine margaritas. You can't judge them against real margaritas, so you have to appreciate them for what they are. That's why I normally just enjoy a couple bottles of Corona with my meal.

Someone else complained about their prices, but compared to other Mexican food places, and taking portion sizes into consideration, their prices are actually quite reasonable. Their prices are so reasonable that I don't even mind ordering from Doordash sometimes.“

“Stopped in during a work trip, I had the Ginger Fish which was absolutely delicious, my coworker had the tom yum soup and he said it was amazing, we both enjoyed our dinners. I also left my credit card there and was already at the airport when I realized my card was gone. Noi was nice enough to mail it back to me so I didn't have to cancel the card, thank you so much for the extra effort. Next time I'm back in Rancho Cordova I'll be stopping in again for dinner!“

“I've passed by this place many times but never went in. One day I got a coupon in the mail and was intrigued. Prices are good. And they serve Indian food too, what?!? I had to try it. And ya know what? I was not disappointed. The decor has that old school diner vibe. The people are nice. And the butter chicken I had was very creamy and tasty. Though this isn't a fancy hip new joint, it's fun to have Indian food in a place called country kitchen. For that I'll give it all the stars.“
