“great spot by Ralph's. they should encourage foot traffic and personal transportation vehicles . they should have open mic night and give back to the community with live music there is more they could do if they really cared. Location is perfect for more activities.“

I believe it was something like malak i couldnt see his name tag clearly but he is always so composed and has excellent customer service skills when ive come to get coffee here.Even with a very long line he's always so gracious, polite and quick with our orders. “Reliable Starbucks location with consistently great service! The baristas here are efficient and friendly, always getting orders right. The store is clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating. Perfect spot for coffee and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!“

“This one is off to the side inside of the vons. I like that they let me place and psy for an order. I would then continue doing and double back for my coffee. I still go with a Venti Iced Americano in the summer and a Venti Americano hot if it gets cold. Star bucks is almost literally everywhere. Still, thery are consistent and you know what you are getting. I like the current cold brew option they have with the extra foam. I have to be careful that I get the sugar free foam.“

“I want to sayThank from the bottom of my heart to the two works working today.. I went here to get Me and my kids a snack and some drinks. We got our order walk out the store and my sons who has atusim got to excited and droped his drink.he was so sad I went in and told them he drop his and would like to buy another.with out questioning it they made him another. “I have never before experienced this at starbucks, but today was my day!
I ordered a double smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich, I must say that I was in the drive-thru, just got my order and left, and my surprise came later. When I realized my double smoked bacon sandwich only had a tiny bit of bacon... What a disappointment! I understand that sometimes they're busy, but this was not the case. Did someone else experience the same at this particular starbucks??“

“I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location due to the unprofessional behavior of a clerk named Anthony. My daughter coffee had spilled, and I informed him that the area needed to be cleaned for safety and courtesy to other customers. Instead of addressing the situation, he dismissed me and said, “We don’t clean outside.” He also did not offer a remake of the drink, which Starbucks typically guarantees as part of their customer care. The dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to help made the interaction quite unpleasant.

However, I do want to recognize **another employee—the cashier, whose name I unfortunately did not catch—**for her kindness and professionalism. She stepped in without hesitation, came out with hot water, cleaned the spilled coffee, and even remade the drink for my daughter. Her helpfulness truly reflected the level of service Starbucks is known for, and she turned what could have been a very negative visit into a much more positive one.

Anthony could learn a great deal from his co-worker’s customer service skills. I hope management is made aware so all employees provide the standard of care Starbucks customers expect.“

“I love this starbucks. The customer service there is very good. They don't have a lot of food options. They have a very cute set up there. The cups are on display there. Not a lot of room because it's in a store but overall this Starbucks is like 4 stars.“

“It’s a Starbucks, so the drinks are what you’d expect—nothing different from any other location. But it’s definitely one of the better coffee spots in Victoria Gardens. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside.

Overall, I can’t really complain. If you’re just looking for a place to grab coffee and relax for a bit, this is a solid option, especially since it’s one of the few spots in Victoria Gardens with a big outdoor seating area.“
