We recently went in to redeem some coupons we received, and we were so impressed with the shift leader, Lydia! She was so cheerful and thoughtful, she just totally put us in a good mood from the moment we started our order.And it was clear that her positivity was contagious, even among her fellow staff. Its a Carls Jr. If you have really high expectations, you are going to have a bad time. The food is good, service is usually faster than most Carls Jr I have been to, and the workers all are pretty helpful. Again, do not compare to a high end restaurant. For what it is, a fast food restaurant, its great.

I stopped by today to get lunch on my way home from work. Let me just say, the service was excellent. I was helped by a woman named Liliana. Her customer service was great. They type of employee you want representing your establishment. Customer service goes a long way and should go un-noticed. Also the food was great. I got a chicken sandwich and fries. 10/10 all across the board
