“My wife and I came upon Dolce Aroma Italian bakery today. I am a cannoli officianado and I had to get one. It was excellent....as good as those we ate in Rome and Florence. The shell was fresh, delicate and crunchy. The filling was perfect...sweetened ricotta with no fillers. This is the real deal. The bakery was perfectly arranged and the pastries were presented so artfully. Don't be mistaken, this bakery is also a bistro serving menu items such as quiche, ciabatta sandwiches, foccacia and various croissants filled with sweet fillings. Oh yes, I would be remiss not to mention they serve a full array of Italian coffees, fresh juice and tea. Everything is fesh and made to order. The owners, who are brother and sister were proudly selling their menu items.

“Awesome food , have been a fan for a long time. Just be prepared if you like cocktails , they definitely don’t have the service element of bar service down.

Usually 1 or 2 people making drinks , they sit completed at the end of the bar forever waiting on someone to run them to tables . They ice melts , drinks get hot, and when you go to just pick it up, they look confused .

Same 1 or 2 people have to also input orders via phone and the line of people waiting to place orders , then leaving 1 bartender for the entire restaurant and drinks start backing up when busy.

All in an effort to reduce wait staff , maybe order at different station than on already stretched thin bar staff .“

“I recently found out about it here and I love it. It’s so good and I think it’s pretty fresh. I got the buffalo chicken salad with both ranch and blue cheese on the side. I loved it. We got a small soup and my partner got an Italian panini I believe. They loved it. They were fast and the atmosphere was very calm. It wasn’t very busy when we went in but shortly after it got busy busy. I definitely enjoy it here so much!“

I really want to love this place, as it's a local mom n pop shop and convenient for sandwiches, however, this is the second time in the last 3 months we have been overcharged.

Today I ordered a "lite lunch" 3" Tuna which includes a drink. I also ordered a 6" Ham and cheese combo- I ordered an extra bag of chips to complete both meals and was charged for 2 drinks + a medium combo. In short, I was charged for an extra drink at 2.90

The last time we came, we ordered 1 Meatball, 2 ham n cheeses, and made 2 a combo. All sandwiches were 6", however we were charged 2 combos and 2 drinks.

Either combo only means chips, which is 4.85 for a bag, or we are getting double charged for drinks.“

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“
