“This was my first visit to Le Testimony. I was so thrilled and thankful to enjoy delicious food that was safe for me to eat with my wheat allergy. This wonderful couple took such pride and care in the food and drinks they served to me and my mother. I loved the look of the bistro and enjoyed the music they played. I can't wait to come back and share this delightful experience with my fiance.

“Amazing place with HUGE sandwiches. I thought at first by seeing the photos online that they looked like normal/small sandwiches but boy was I wrong.

They give you quality meat and cheese with THICK slices. This place is seriously a gem and I would highly recommend anyone go here at least once to try it out. Just check their hours because they’re only open for lunch most times.“

“Dinner date for our 9 year anniversary was absolutely perfect thanks to Mike at Cafe Paradisio! Everything was delicious, we had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival, didn’t wait even 2 minutes for water and our drink order. I had red wine and husband had a beer both came out at the same time promptly. We ordered our dishes and while waiting for our meals we could hear other guests around us gushing in joy about how amazing their dishes were! Once ours arrived we dug in and then HAD to try eachothers too; both were above and beyond incredible! If you haven’t been you need to go! We will now be making this our date night place! “Trendy's is our favorite breakfast spot in Redding. Great food, service, and value. We found this place over two years ago and have been going there ever since.
We have tried bfast sandwiches, burritos, and omelets. I am a pancake snob! You gotta try their sweet cream pancakes. They do not disappoint!“

“My husband and I stopped here with our baby on Valentine’s Day to celebrate being new parents. She had different plans for us and ended up being too fussy to be inside. When we requested our food to go, the staff gave us a discount on our order and free dessert to boot! He got the birria ramen and I went with a pork belly bowl. Both were amazing, and so was the chocolate mousse! Will definitely be back next time we are passing through Redding :)“

“so I just want to give a big shout out to the dutch on South Market. last year I had just left the hospital where my Father was with covid pneumonia, I had also lost my Grandfather two days prior, trying to hold down my job, and I was taking care of my Mother who was sick at home. It was late so I stopped to get a hot chocolate and when I got to the window the young man asked me how my day was going and I lost it. I started crying and telling him everything that was going on and also apologizing for crying, the employees were incredible. Then when I went to pay for my hot chocolate the young man said he had paid for it and to come by anytime to talk if I needed it. you have no idea how much that meant to me. THANK YOU THANK YOU.“

“I was pleasantly surprised. Everything exceeded my expectations, which is not easily done. Great wine flight and charcuterie board. The chocolate pairing was also incredible! The chocolate melting on my tongue mixing with the wines was like a party in my mouth. Really amazing. The new owner and staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m had a great evening and will return return next time I am in town. Heck, I May schedule my next trip around their wine club event! Yes, it was that good!“

“We have been coming here since the late 80's Food has always been good for the price with good service. However, if you use the restroom, you will never eat here again. Don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. We have our Covid shots, so we'll still eat here.“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants in Redding, hands down! The flavors are always on point. I've never had a bad meal or service here. Always greeted with a smile, and served excellence by excellence. Just spent Valentines Day with my love, and had a great experience from the custom cocktails to new menu recommendations, the pesto chicken parmesan was insanely good! Run don't walk to vintage, excellent food, drinks and service!“

“My friend and I enjoyed our delicious meal outside, weather was perfect. They were busy , thought there would be a wait. There was not, food was delivered, with a smile in a timely manner. Order was taken with a smile also, employees were very friendly. We had a absolutely delicious wrap, with teriyaki pork and too many other goodies to list. Avocado toast which is the tastiest we have ever had. Strawberry lemonade was incredible. Not overly sweet, or syrupy, great flavor. Nice size. Next time I will try a dessert. I highly recommend this establishment.“

“Went this morning with my son to the mall and promised we’d grab Cinnabon on the way out. I stopped by before they officially opened, and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and let us know that the hot ones (my son’s request) were coming out in about five minutes. We came back, and the lady who rung us up was also super nice! Our Cinnabon was just as we expected it would be, and we’ll be back again. Thank you for the wonderful service this morning!“

“Looking at the ratings of this place, I’m not too sure what people are used to with a mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant, but I just had one of the best bowls of pho that I’ve had in a long time. Nothing fancy but very clean and the Mom was super nice and kept our waters full and the dad came out and made sure that we were enjoying our soups. I was joking around laughing, it was a great experience and most importantly, our food was incredible. It’s not a five star atmosphere that people are used to, but I’m giving it five so that I can help boost the rating of this place because we almost overlooked it to go to a higher rated place. Redding, you have a gem here!!!!“

“Love All there stuff. My favorites have been White Zombie Dreamweaver and lately I have been ordering a Hazelnut Cookie. I like them with the classic coffee and even with the white coffee too. “We had THE most amazing experience at Mosaic on Thanksgiving Day. I began in the food service industry when I was 13 yrs old and have worked in a range of restaurants (but most were in the higher end style). Every part of our experience was exemplary. Service was on point, attentive but unobtrusive. Food was equally impressive with presentation and flavor components. My Mom is not an easy guest, but she was satisfied with options and adaptability. Thanksgiving (as well as any "special holiday" is always a challenge in the industry.... Our experience was absolutely exemplary. I can not recommend Mosaic enough, it is now our "Go To" between Sac/Davis and the Rogue Valley.“
