McDonald's in Rialto

“This is place here I got here 10:25 hoping for some breakfast and coffee , the ladies insisted we use the computer to place an order I was paying cash waiting for this customer with kids in front of me frustrated because he couldn’t place an order either , so my turn 10:37 after waiting in line , so when I place the order the lady is all like , breakfast is over @ 10:30 she said I said I got here 10:25 , so I don’t blame her, I blame the whole store , & management I even took pics of arrival time , but I was really disappointed I got there before 10:30 but it felt like forever , I simply walked away without breakfast and coffee, ?you really earned this review I WILL SUGGEST DONT FORCE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE THE ORDERS OURSELVES IT NEVER WORKS

“For the first time in a long time I had a great experience eating inside a Mc Donald’s and I feel the guy who was working is the reason. His name was Adonai.
He started off by making eye contact and greeting us verbally with a smile as we walked in the door - - asking if we’d like him to take our order at the register (instead of the kiosk we walked up to - to place our order), but we said no thanks and continued on.
And he continued thoroughly cleaning all the tables, stools, benches, and chairs throughout the already tidy & fresh looking dining room.
Then we walked up to one of the tables he had just cleaned and began to sit down - and to our surprise, he offered to dry the tabletop off since he had just cleaned it and it was a little bit wet still… once again, he went out of his way to be helpful - UNLIKE ANY - and I mean ANY OTHER FAST FOOD OR Restaurant worker I’ve encountered in YEARS. Especially at a Mc Donald’s - where the customers are usually pushy, insanely messy, and often rude.
When it came time to get our food, he was cleaning on the opposite side of the dining room - but stopped what he was doing and made his way over to the pick up counter to make sure we had everything we needed - as well as being so helpful as to carry one of the drinks I didn’t have enough hands to carry to the table.
I know all of these things are - I’d assume - part of what’s expected of him during a regular shift here at Mc Donald’s - but like I pointed out - it’s been years since we’ve experienced anything close to this type of Amazing Customer Service!

“Boy oh boy McDonald where do i even start back when i was just a little boy my mother would take me and my sister to McDonald’s for the first time ever since i first took a bite of a chicken nugget i knew me and McDonald’s were gonna go far in life together McDonald’s was there when my life was both drastic and happy McDonald’s saved my life by serving the best food a boy can ever ask for i love McDonald’s and crave it’s delicious food everyday of the week i want to personally thank Ronald McDonald for being there for my first time eating at McDonald’s and i also want to thank grimace himself for being such an inspiring role model and ever since i first started eating McDonald’s each time i would eat it i would feel like my soul is touching heaven there’s way more to add but ill stop here thank you McDonald’s for being the best food ever to touch the face of this planet goodbye and thank you-CasualBubble125“

“In all the years I've been going there, I've always been treated with respect. Moreover, I've ordered only one thing cuz it's the only place ice eaten that has a full size hamburger with all the fixing, fir 3.49. It is the most satisfying burger I've had at any price!
Ps don't go to Greek food joints fir Mexican food. Do you order a burger at a Chinese restaurant?“
