KFC in Riverside

“I’ve resigned myself to the system of ordering from a kiosk because that’s the new norm. So when Harvey said he’d take my order, I joked “from a human?!” He continued friendly and efficient interaction while taking the order, and showed his ability to read the customer when he added to my list of why I prefer a person taking my order, “and you have someone to blame if the order is wrong”. I laughed and said I knew he got it right. Without skipping a beat, he repeated an incorrect order with a smile on his lips and twinkle in his eye. :) The order of two pot pies with drinks was correct and tasty, order came up quickly, restaurant was clean, and starting our visit with a friendly, engaged employee made for a delightful experience.“

“Quick trip through the drive through to pick up dinner of the 12 piece family meal. Extra crunchy is the way to go! One each of the sides of parties and gravy, mac and cheese, and slaw along with the half gallon of root beer. It's a treat to eat!“
