“What used to be a Mexican restaurant called “Judy’s Place’ in town to the locals couple years back now is called ‘Crockett Cocina’. This place and food is outstanding. I was browsing yelp and saw this on my radar. I had to check it out in person to see based on their ratings. I arrived here with my dad for an early dinner date. Street parking is available. Though the space is small, the place is clean. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. This is a family owned restaurant from the looks and how they act around their customers. I give my props to the chefs, they sure know how to cook it up haha! The pasta was filling and the bread that came with it was soft & crispy. The HouseMade Cioppino with the bread to dip in was to die for lol. And the churros was quite a lot but homemade makes it special! Churros we’re soft and crunchy, came with chocolate & caramel syrup, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream. Overall, the food was great, I’m sure I’ll be back for another visit!“

The toppings were evenly distributed, the crust was perfect - not too thick, the cheese and the sauce were applied evenly covering the whole pizza. Great price, generous amount of toppings. “The restaurant was spotlessly clean immediately upon coming in, the food was absolutely amazing, and one of our servers was accommodating about our special request to use crushed hot Cheetos on our Korean corn dogs. The kitchen wasn't able to meet the request, but our server was curious and interested in learning what we thought so he could toy around with the menu. The ramen, corn dogs, and fried chicken were all fantastic!We were all surprised this place wasn't getting more attention with the quality of everything here.Thank you!“
“My wife and I went to Pizza Twist, Hercules with a friend who is gluten intolerant. We were delighted to have ordered two Gluten Free Pizzas (Cauliflower crust). One was Veggie Tandoori Paneer Pizza Twist and the other one was Chicken Tikka Masala. These were the most delicious pizzas we had in a long time. The new owners were very friendly. “I decided to get food for my girlfriend and myself rather than cooking for Thanksgiving. Angry Chickz was closed, even though Yelp said they were open. I decided to try their neighbor, Mountain Mikes. First of all, phenomenal service. Did not ask for drinks after ordering wings and pizza to go, and they gave them to me generously. Clean and well maintained, I learned that this store is under new management. It made sense the store manager's service was so on point. I mentioned that I am the branch manager at the enterprise truck location in Vallejo, and that this interaction influenced my decision to get my team food from here in the future. The wings were delicious, flavors were great and well seasoned. Pizza was also very good. I am satisfied with my experience and am impressed with what Jassy, the manager, is bringing to this location.“
“I bought 12-piece mixed chicken and they were very juicy and flavorful even till the next day after they were microwaved. Each piece was much bigger than what I would get from KFC or Popeye. The owner was very friendly. The store atmosphere was what you typically would experience at any fast food restaurant but the food was unexpectedly delicious.“

“I know Domino's Pizza gets a bad rap. In fact, I had not eaten Domino's pizza in decades because I recall it tasting like your average blend chain a la Pizza Hut or Little Cesar's. However, I did order a small cheese pizza from Domino's in Martínez on a whim last night. It was cold and rainy and I just didn't want to cook. I wanted something fast, easy, and cheap. So, I drove to Domino's to pick it up via curbside (free and no delivery fee) and it was ready. The employee was also very friendly. It was still warm when I arrived home eight minutes later. Much to my surprise, it was DELICIOUS. I expected bland Costco tasting pizza, but it was so much better than I had remembered. I believe they changed their recipe since my childhood because the crust was super garlicky and parmesan-infused. It tasted better than some other local places in the area. Now I'm a super fan and will definitely return in the future!“
