Most of the dishes have meat or chicken, but my meal was fully vegan. Olive Garden has generous portions and offers seconds on soup and bread sticks.“

The food was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the lasagna, and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly layered, rich in flavor, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth tender. You can really tell that the pasta is handmade fresh in-house — it had such an incredible texture and delicate taste that you just can’t find everywhere. Every bite was perfection. I will definitely be coming back and trying even more dishes. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic, high-quality Italian food. If you’re a pasta lover like me, you must try their house-made pastas — they are truly something special. “The food was absolutely amazing. We shared a house salad, a pistachio pizza, a creamy truffle white sauce pasta, and finally an awesome tiramisu. Also had a great selection of drinks and wines available and have a cork fee if you want to bring your own. It is a very popular and tightly packed place so I recommend reservations and you will be very close to others.
The only negative items we had were that we had to wait a while after our reservation time. And that the service speed is sometimes inconsistent. Table seated later and behind us, and with a different waiter, had ordered and received their drinks and appetizers before we could even order our drinks. Our waiter would disappear for a long while and had to waive down others to help us. Just bad luck of the draw for us that night. But the food is still so good that I’d go back!“

“We LOVE Sal’s. Excellent pizza and calzones. My daughter and I walk often and always grab two slices for the rest of the way home. Pure deliciousness! The staff and owner are wonderful, courteous, caring people. If you are going to get pizza in Cotati or Rohnert Park this is the place to go! New York style, thin but the crust stays the right amount of crispy and the end crust is a delightful perfect finish!“
