“Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the charming, highly-rated Hello You're Welcome café. They make and bake everything in house- you can even see the ovens. Really friendly staff with a slight hippie vibe. Some items were made with almond flour, like their giant chocolate chip cookie, so I had to skip them (allergic). I was pleasantly overwhelmed by a delicious gigantic frittata slice with bacon, onions, and tater tots inside. Togadachi coffee is really interesting: the beans were fermented with lavender. Extra sugar helped me adjust to the unique flavor. The wall full of retail items features coffee beans in VHS boxes, which is a first! I love their mugs and bought one to take home.“

“It’s a total hole in the wall but 100/10 (yes 100/10) recommend. First day I went, I was scared go get out of my car but glad I did! Their donuts are amazing!!! You can tell they are made from scratch and with care. I got their iced coffee, it’s amazing! I don’t know what they do to it. But get it. They seem to be owned by sweet Asian/korean family, where English clearly isn’t their first language, so communication was a bit tougher….. but damn they have an amazing personality!! “I have been going to Rose’s since the early 90’s, I even met my husband there while in high school. Rose’s is a staple of our community, always a kind face, a kind welcome and conversation to be had. Wonderful people, delicious food! Unlike any other!“

“So my brother brought donuts over to my house and he bought them from these. These are the best donuts I think I've ever tried. He bought the croissant donuts to make the one that I'm eating. They're so flaky and they have layers. No lie. This is like the best don't I think I've ever had in my life and it's so close to home. I've never been to this donut shop. I think maybe I stopped there before but never really paid attention. Didn't get the croissant donuts. These are a must try the croissant donuts. I give it a 10 out of 10. And he said that was like $17 for a dozen of donuts. That's not bad because other places charge more.“

“I just love this place. 1 day I was looking on Google for early morning donut shop that was open and I found this place. It opens at 430am. It's also a drive threw. This place is a little hidden gem. If you're ever in Elmonte area, I totally recommend it. They're coffee. It's off the hook. And the donuts are always fresh. My brother and I love going there.
It's family oriented. I just can't express how much I really love this place. The coffee is so delicious. I give it a 10 out of a 10 better than any Starbucks. They also have ice coffee's flavored coffees. And it doesn't break the bank,“

“I do really like it here the owner is super friendly not rude like other owners, his lady making the sandwiches is super nice as well and helps as a Spanish translator, if that helps, the donuts are absolutely fresh and fluffy and the croissants are super super delicious fluffy and crispy!! “Prices have gone up from when I 1st started going with my GF. I remember my GF and I would go specifically for her bobas but they are now 6$ I remember literally a year ago they were 4.75$ the doughnuts are just ok. You can tell when they are yesterdays or even the day before. They crumble apart. Besides that we did find that going to winchells Doughnuts was much less expensive and better.“

“I discovered JJs by accident when I made an improper u turn into traffic, and it was one of the best mistakes of my life. I dream of their breakfast sandwiches, especially the croissant one. By far some of the best quality and amount of food for your money and the friendly staff make the experience even more enjoyable.
