Really good brisket cuts for my pho. Normally they're mostly fat but these cuts were tender and high quality. Restaurant itself is a little unkempt but it's livable. CASH ONLY which surprised me in the end. Theres an ATM at CVS across the street. The restaurant actually changed it's name so don't get lost!
