Beef Chow Fun ($11) + $4 extra beef. Thats enough food for 2 hearty meals. Add a little chili oil and 🔥🔥🔥
Even without the extra beef, it's still two meals. Just have to ration the beef.
Best cheap eats when they have it. Hours and availability are weird. Mainly a breakfast lunch place. I've been before and they ran out of noodles.

Xi Guan Noodle House is one of the food stalls in the Square Shopping Plaza. The older people call this food court "Sik Gai" or food street/district in Cantonese. The food court itself is dying as the vendors there don't have anyone to take over the shop. Also due to changing food preferences, majority of the customers here are older Asian folk or people looking to grab a cheap bite. This plaza will disappear one day.
