“Definitely my *fave* hotpot spot in LA right now! Their soup broth is so hearty and the meat is beyond fresh!!! High recommend the spicy, tomato and bone broth combo. As for the dishes love love love the fried pork, fresh pork meatballs, beef short rib and pork belly! Totally skip the beef balls and hand cut beef.“
“Had an excellent weekend lunch experience here! Boston Lobster Seafood is the type of place that lets the food speak for itself. I love the large family dining setups, easily allowing groups of 10 or more, equipped with dinner-turntables / lazy Susan’s!I love that their lunch specials (11:30-4pm) apply on the weekends as well, and we got a steak order from that menu. However, it was clearly the lobster that won our affection, perfectly spiced and cooked, presented with endless ginger, green onions, and jalapeños. Other notable standouts include the mapo tofu and gai lan (Chinese broccoli).Would definitely recommend this place and will be back!“
“Wait for a table was fine, didn't take that long. The interior was very nice and clean. Food was yummy. Only complaint that I have is that all of the food didnt arrive at the same time. One person in my group got the pho and got it by the time most of us were almost done eating.Parking: Even though it's free parking for the lot, it's really small. I recommend parking in the street and walking over to save time.“
“We had the dim sum towards the end of service. The dim sum here was good, and is cheaper than going to an a la carte dim sum place. Adding drinks was only another 1.50, and you get a pretty good selection.Lina was great in helping us with the experience, as she explained the AYCE rules and was accommodating to all of our questions. She had even helped me bring things back to the table when she saw me struggling.Overall I would come back.“
“Everything tasted great. Beef noodle soup, spicy beef noodle soup, mala beef noodle soup. Now caution should be used with that devil spicy beef noodle soup. That is like ghost pepper crazy spicy.Pan fried buns and XLB were also good. The beef rolls were okay.ALLERGEN NOTES: No milk or egg used lol“
“This place is the bomb!! Will be my togo place for a bowl of delicious SeaFood Wonton Noodle. The noodles were chewy, fresh perfectly cooked. The seafood and wonton were perfectly prepared and tasty. Have to give the wonton a perfect 10. We also had their Hai Nam chicken rice, which was also delicious. The place is so clean, servers were super attentive. This place beats Kim Ky by a mile. Will definitely come back.“
“I gave a 5 star because I really want this business to do well!1. The service was great for a Chinese place. It's one lady working the whole front. She was nice and attentive, she was even kind to the delivery pick up people that came in, and packed the to go for me at the end of my meal!2. Delicious food, good portions. Comparatively, it's the lower price of what you can find of quality Chinese food. I don't recommend getting the fresh cut fish because they actually fillet the fish so there are some fine bones and it's not cleaned very well. Flavor still good and didn't bother me. The cold noodle is a must, less on the tangy side and more on spice. I do love that the chili in this dish is very clean and doesn't have that burnt taste some other places have. I was only able to try 2 dishes but I would definitely come back for more.3. The restaurant is very spacious but it's not a bougie place. Come here for a good meal, not the view. There's definitely bigger tables that can seat large parties.4. Parking is probably the worst since it's mostly streets and it's on a big street. But not difficult to find parking though you may have to walk a few steps.Would love to see this restaurant thrive.“
“Food taste is very good, although not necessary the best in town. However, they add good presentation and combined some of the most fancy and famous disks, that is hard to fine in other restaurants. Certainly, a WOW for eaters that have not seen them before. Service is not the best, again, but for a very popular place, they performed professional enough.“
“Small restaurant/ cafe that specializes in noodles and dumplings. And more specifically, shanxi knife-cut noodles. The place feels family owned and operated and this was reflected in the friendly, warm service. I came in on a cold evening, looking for some warm soup. So I ordered the beef noodle soup. I ended choosing the thinner, hand stretched noodles (as apposed to the thicker knife cut variety), because it seemed like it would go better in the soup. The noodles were very well done and chewy. Great texture to go along with the comforting spicy broth. I also ordered fish and leek dumplings. Great flavor and structure. I took most to go because the two dishes I ordered was a lot of food. I enjoyed the vibe here. While I was eating, there were two ladies preparing dumplings off to the side. It reminded me of my mom and aunt when I visit my parents. So there was a nostalgic factor. Like a lot of other restaurants in the area that I really enjoy, this place feels like a great value for delicious noodles and dumplings because of their great selection and very reasonable prices.“
“Delicious Food Corner is a restaurant I keep coming back to for brunch.Their pork and preserved egg congee is a great (staple Cantonese-style) breakfast item, but a bit plain, so I like to add white pepper to it.The pineapple bun with butter is best eaten fresh when the bun is still steamy hot and the butter is slightly melted.F.Y.I. Don't get the toast with condensed milk to-go; it's super dry and they don't give you enough condensed milk and sugar powder. The (ceylon) milk tea is often made fresh and you can see the staff pouring/mixing it from a 2-foot height at the kitchen bar area. It's pretty amazing to watch them do that and I've never seen it being done in-person at other restaurants.I ordered the shrimp cheung fun with the breakfast combo meal (which is a great value), but I got the rice rolls with peanut sauce instead. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the combination is and it's more like a dessert item. It's basically like the Thai-style peanut sauce on top of cheung fun.At least for this location, it's almost always full of people with no tables, even just 30 minutes after opening. I usually order to-go for that reason, but parking in sparse in the plaza too.“
“(Translated by Google) The oysters are amazing, the palm is so big, and it is still fresh! Never eaten anywhere else! So delicious, must come! ! !(Original)生蚝 绝了,手掌那么大, 还很新鲜!别的地方绝对没有吃过!太好吃了一定要来!!!“
“It's been awhile since we had dim sum! Came here, saw a long line but decided to stay and wait, glad we did! While the line looked long but the wait wasn't too bad... every servers here were working fast and attentive to everyone as quickly as they could. Before you know it, we were in front of the line to place our orders!Food 5 Stars Everything we ordered tasted delish! Service 5 Stars Everyone here was friendly and moved the line as quickly as possible Ambulance...It's one of those hole in the wallParking... plenty of parking spaces“
“Had dinner with my family last Friday and boy is this place fancy. We arrived around 5:30 and it was pretty empty. There are private rooms and apparently, that's the place to be because our server kept disappearing into those rooms with some amazing dishes of stir-fried clams, crab, and whatnot. But, back to my dinner: we ordered a sampler platter: bbq pork, duck and roast pork with cracklin' skin. The center portion was goma wakame seaweed salad, stir fried string beans with (very salty) minced pork; beef shortribs that were tasty, but kind of tasted like pork (it was definitely beef), fish filet with tender choy sum, seafood soup, and one other dish. If you want steamed fish, it will be market price (pricey, no surprise). Generally, the food was very flavorful and well executed, espcially the veggies and roast pork -- the string beans were the best! I would say some of their dishes are not what I'm used to from other Chinese restaurants flavor profile-wise (not that it's a bad thing), so I'll have to come back to try some of their seafood dishes. Service was pretty good. Our waiter was dressed up and wore gloves. The place has a hotel banquet hall vibe. Seems this place is popular for dimsum as I've heard, so I'll have to come back during the day and see how that goes. Will be back!“
“brought 5 bags of different favor!! They sold out fast but they will let you know if you want to come back! Great souvenir if you fly domestically or drive. The store is not so big and I would only hope them to clean the floor a little bit since it's a bit sticky, other than that the food taste fantastic“
“Came here for lunch and it was a really homey experience. We ordered the #1 beef streamed rice with pickled mustard (that had enough rice for two people), #10 braised chicken and abalone soup with ginseng, #35 Minnan ginger duck, and # 42 garlic bok choy. Though the soup size was a bit small for the price, I felt the quality of the broth was worth it on the first taste. You know by the smell of garlic bok choy that the hot wok was on fire! (The fire emoji is not showing up here) The service was kind and fast. Will definitely come back to try the other soups and dishes! Come give it a try!“
“Don't listen to any reviews that are less than 4 stars, folks. This is the BEST pho place around in the L.A. area. Service is super quick, and the food is always fresh. The broth is nice and brown like it should be, not oily, and super flavorful. They are very generous with the meat, which has less stringy fat on it than most other pho places, and the noodles are thin just the way I like it and cooked to absolute perfection. Look no further! If you want pho, this is the place to go. Best part is that I live only 2 blocks away! How great is that?“
“The price is affordable, imperial concubine chicken, sweet and sour pork ribs, braised tofu, fish stick fried rice, all are delicious dishes. Here are just a few pictures of the dishes. There are also a few delicious dishes that I haven’t taken pictures of yet, because I kept waiting while the dishes were being served. I was too busy eating to take pictures. Hahaha ???“
“Review for drinks only! It's been years since I have had monja taiker. I was nearby getting banh mi and decided to pop in to get a drink. I've only dined in once. But I have had their drinks many times. I got the black milk tea with boba. The drink was as creamy and delicious as I remember. There aren't many boba locations on this side of Garvey.“
“A relative recommended this place for the hotpot. I'm glad we tried it out.The hotpot did not disappoint. It had a satisfying bean curd flavor and goes compliments the meats. The tofu skin was crispy and you can actually order some more to add in the hotpot. The portion was decent for a small group. We also order 2 other fish items that was also great. The seasonings were on point and goes so well with white rice. The menu is a unique collection of Vietnamese/Chinese dishes that are not found in standard Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I would definitely come back for more. The atmosphere really feel felt like I was in Saigon again for some reason. Maybe it's the tile floor. Maybe it's the customer service. I can't really put my finger on it.“
“I love coming to this restaurant whenever I come to the food court! The owners are always so welcoming and reminds me of my own family. This place definitely feels like authentic home made dishes. My favorite is their Bun Rieu which is also a popular item of theirs. The salt and pepper shrimp is also very flavorful and fresh. The price is very reasonable and worth every penny! I can't wait to go back to try their combo dishes.“
“A bit pricey, but it's an excellent Pho restaurant. Food are really delicious ? Parking might be difficult. Tiny plaza with narrow parking spaces. But people come and go quickly... I took out 1 ⭐ for their parkings. Really hate their parking.“
