“This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

“came here and tried their minis. they were a little costly, but a nice occasional treat. i got the semi-sweet chocolate chunk, cookie dough, and blueberry muffin, which all looked like the picture. i think the warm cookies were the best, and the more recently they come out of the oven the better. service was great and friendly, store was clean.“

I ordered the Green Tea Snow with Oreos, Strawberries & Popping Boba combination. I loved it. I also ordered the Pistachio & Matcha Green Tea Macarons & the Milk Tea. “I got the Samoa (I think) which has coconut, marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers. Took only a few seconds to make because they use a blow torch to toast it. It was delicious. Went back and got the Ube cake. Also very good. They have a few others that I want to try. Around $7 for each treat. Give it a try. They’re good“

“I've ordered sandwiches from here many times before, and this was my first time visiting the cafe in person. It's a cozy spot with limited seating inside and a few tables outdoors.

The family that owns and operates this joint take a lot of pride in their trade that's enough for me to keep coming back time and time again! “This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“Lucky Sakura is now Flora Bakery & Tea. There are two tables of 4 inside. Staff is sweet and helpful. They offer to mix and match the sets on displayed. The only one that can't be mixed is durian flavor. Their daifukus are essentially edible art and great for gifts. The insides varies from fresh fruit to popping boba. My favorite is honey green tea with QQ crystal boba.

That being said, the stuffed hawthorn tanghulu 豆沙糖葫蘆 is the item that will keeping me going back for more. I tried the red bean stuffed hawthorn. I really liked the edible rice paper and sesame on the outside. Hands down my favorite item.“

Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Laundry room is clean and the machines actually work. Overall clean in the amenities. The weekend is actually quiet and peaceful! When walking the community the grassy areas are actually clean. People here actually pick up after their dogs ,that's kind of a hard one to find.“

“After dinner, my daughter introduced me Overflo . This is trendy eatery inside the Source OC offering grab-and-go waffles, and ice cream.
We ordered matcha ice cream, I was expecting a full matcha soft ice cream, not a matcha topping on a white ice cream. For the price, it should be a real full matcha but maybe it’s the way is it for this place . The cup is kind of small, but great for sharing if you're not up for eating the whole thing after dinner .
Great service, the girl at the counter was helpful and sweet.
