“Went there for the first time with three friends on a Saturday at noon. Sure, finding parking was a bit rough, but with people leaving with to go orders we found a great spot pretty quickly. Even though there was a line, it moved so fast & with so many great & friendly employees, ordering went very quickly. We found a table on the patio & the employees there were also very friendly & helpful. Food was delivered to us, exceptional, especially the potato balls. Sandwich on a croissant also delicious!!! Took a chocolate croissant home & thet was also so yummy!!! I can't wait to go back again & again. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!“

“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “A top ramen spot in Orange County located minutes from Downtown Fullerton. Go to dish is the Tonkotsu Ramen. Love the consistency of the noodles and the rich flavored broth. Service is always exceptional with a welcoming atmosphere. I drive past many ramen spots just to come here. That alone should say a lot!“

“Where do I start, the name itself is one of a kind so is the service it provides. Upon entering the fresh scent of coffee beans being churned in the back takes your breath away. You are transported to the streets of Spain close your eyes and take it all in. The coffee is so well prepared each sip brings on such a euphoric feeling. The Croissant was so tasty for a second I thought I was in France. Let’s not forget the Banana bread oh so scrumptious and soft. “I rarely can find vegan sweets at theme parks. The Berry Tart appears to be more common, but they do offer some seasonal treats. The Berry Tart did have undisclosed nuts, pistachios. If you have allergies I would probably not go to this place. Based on my experience with other restaurants at Knotts, they do not take food allergies very seriously.“

I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, hot with a cold brew. The matcha was solid and had perfect flavor, temperature. A solid pick me up for sure and the cold brew was strong with a bold flavor.

“The place, the taste of the snow is excellent, we are frequent customers, yesterday Easter Sunday, we were 6 people and the girl who was there, was so miserable in her attitude, she did not answer a hello, good afternoon, because of her attitude one of the snows fell of the weight and my daughter had to lift and continue with the same snow because she never did anything and with her unfriendly face it is a shame I hope she never touches us again we were very discouraged with that attention“
