This was my first time visiting this restaurant. In the past, Joe K and I often dined at their location in Rancho Cordova, which was not entirely devoted to plant based cuisine. If you love vegetarian, Vegan eats, come check out @andynguyenrestaurant84! I was impressed with their vegan Vietnamese bun bo hue, which is a lemon grass soup with using soy beef, and shitake mushrooms. The flavors and presentations were great. Ambiance is very zen and relaxing inside. Casual setting so you can relax. Limited seating inside. Good parking spots on the street. Easy to find and not missed. Service was great.
