“I love this location and I love Baskin-Robbins they have the best milkshakes in the world hands down no questions asked. Me and my wife go to Baskin-Robbins at least once a day. I love this location because the atmosphere is fantastic The people working here are just as fantastic... I really can't say more than that simply fantastic.. The strawberry milkshakes are to die for they are just fabulous. I think they should have the award for it the best strawberry milkshakes on a planet Good job keep it up BnR!!!“

“I am so happy with the ice cream cake Kitty made for me. This was a custom request because I got won a national championship this year and wanted a black belt ice cream cake to say sparring national champion. It turned out exactly how I wanted and I highly recommend the custom cakes for any fun occasion where you want something special. This is actually the third time that Kitty has made me an amazing cake like this. She made the first one when I got my 2nd degree black belt and it was awesome! I had her make another one with three bars on it when I earned my third degree. And then this year she made this one National championship victory party. I will definitely use her again for other celebrations as well and big moments! I love ice cream cake and it feels like it just makes an occasion extra special. This location also has great customer service and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy!!! Thank you so much for making my party better with this wonderful cake!!!! “Keely saved the day. I ordered a wrong flavor and didn’t catch it in time as they were super prompt in making the custom order cake! Even so, she offered to remake the whole thing. As a mom to a teenage girl who is nearly impossible to make happy, this means so much. It’s the difference between a happy birthday and a “god mom do you even know me” birthday.“

“We came here to get some ice cream tonight - service was wonderful and quick however, I was disappointed to find out I could only tip 0.89cents on the machine, I wish we were allowed to tip more. I hope this isn’t the owners doing to only allow them to get a small tip.“

“The hubby and I just messing around fat backing😂 then fell into this spot and had us a good ole time. I tried 2 new flavors and almost had a fat attack it was so good. I came in there for 1 scoop and messed around and left with 4 scoops. Just crazy. Hubby is a skinny fat. He came out of there with the big tub of ice.🤦🏿‍♀️😂. The employees name was Lillianna, she was the sweetest, kindest little baby. She was laughing at us because we just than lost her mind. She wasn't side eyeing us, she just let us have our fat moment. “Came because I’ve been craving Baskin-Robbins but don’t like to eat ice cream when it’s not that hot. Makes me cold fast. Today was in the 90’s. Got my single adult scoop in a waffle cone. I forgot how giant the cones were! They’re a great size, and the scoop wasn’t small. Filled the cone. I was worried it wouldn’t, so I’m glad they proved me wrong. Definitely worth the price.

**P.S. The review below me gave them a bad rating because of a COUNTY-WIDE power outage. They don’t control that. No one knew what was going on or why random places and random homes in different North and South communities had a power outage. That’s not a Baskin-Robbin’s issue. SMUD gave no explanation either. Extremely weird. I think that guy was just having a bad day and took it out on Baskin-Robbin’s.“

“I've always had an enjoyable experience here. I'm sure it's changed ownership over the years, but it's always been here while growing up. The ice creams and varieties are always changing to be up with the times. I would have to say we enjoy the German chocolate ice cream when it's in. We don't really have a favorite. The smoothies are also very good. They also have ice cream cakes available for just about all occasions. The ambiance is quaint and home like. Thanks for always being a part of my childhood and my kids' childhood. At least I know that coming back home, this location is always here.“

“I absolutely love this place. I got my nephew his

favorite ice cream cake at the last minute before they

closed I found exactly what I was looking for and he

was happy for the cake everything went perfectly to plan somehow

And everyone inside the Baskin Robbins always has an enthusiastic attitude to customers walking in

You never feel unwelcomed when entering the building

“Tried to call the day before and day of to ensure they received my order for a birthday cake but no one ever answered the phone. Thankfully they did have the cake ready but I would appreciated a confirmation before driving over. Lady was nice once she got to me.“
