Blue Agave Taqueria & Bar is a local Mexican restaurant with amazing food and great service. The bartenders make delicious Paloma’s, like the quesabirria tacos, which are some of the best. The waitresses are kind and the service is fast. They offer a variety of chile salsas and tasty carnita fries. The shrimp ceviche tostadas were a bit tomato-heavy, but overall, the food is delicious and the drinks from the full bar are good. Plenty of parking available.
