The BEST JAPANESE FOOD in Sacramento bar none‼️ The staff are friendly & kind! They treat us like family here & we love bringing our friends & family... We are lifers @ Osaka Sushi‼️💞
Every pieces on the sushi roll is fresh and the sauce is amazing!!
We ordered the sashimi platter, which has a lot of selection on fish and also the premium cut on fish will not disappoint!!
All the fried tempura 🍤 is the best !!
Must get there by 5:00 pm opening time for dinner. Unagi Sushi is good, but always have to tell them to leave the sesame seeds off. Before Covid, I would order their Nabeyaki Udon minus the green onions. After covid, they don’t have Nabeyaki Udon. I like their sesame chicken without the sesame seeds on it.

The sushi is a standout, described as fresh, delicious, and the best Japanese food in Sacramento. Specific meals like the Lobster Roll, Kyoto Roll, Laguna Roll, barbecue tuna Albuquerque, chicken Bento, beef Bento, and Osaka Maki roll were all perfect and fresh. New ownership has made a big difference, with new menu items like the tuna pizza, barbecued tuna, chutoro, live scallop, and ankimo all receiving high praise. The inside has been updated with fresh paint and redone tables and chairs. While the sushi is highly recommended, the ramen is not their strength; the tonkotsu ramen broth was bland with small, hard chashu and minimal veggies. Many customers plan to return, with one calling themselves a lifer at the restaurant.
