Caballo Blanco Restaurante offers flavorful Mexican dishes, with good rice and beans. The salsa is mildly spicy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Known for their delicious flower chips, salsa, and margaritas, it's a favorite spot for many. The restaurant also has a large banquet room for special events, with exceptional service.
The White Horse Restaurant is the place to go for authentic and delicious Mexican food at the right price and portion size. Customers have enjoyed memorable celebrations, such as a 50th birthday party, with ample seating and great food. The private dining area is also a popular choice for special events, providing a personalized experience with a dedicated staff to serve the guests.
The restaurant is praised for its homemade-style food, with one reviewer comparing it to their grandmother's cooking. The menu features traditional Mexican dishes like steak chicana, which a customer said was just as good as their own grandmother's recipe. The chile relleno is also a popular menu item, described as a "MUST" by a customer.
While the food is generally well-received, one customer noted that the Wednesday enchilada special was "really really skimpy" and only had cheese, not meat. The restaurant may want to reconsider this dish to provide a more satisfying portion.
