They have staple flavors like original and chocolate, and then they rotating flavors like starburst and hi-chew. I love coming here because there are so many ways to customize your bowl. The staff are nice, there’s seating inside and a good amount of seating outside. The parking right in front of the store gets filled fast.“

“I had an amazing experience at Cold Stone thanks to Malakai and Marissa! They were super friendly, patient, and made my order perfectly. You can really tell they care about what they do — they both had great energy and made the visit fun. The ice cream was delicious (as always), but their service made it even better. Definitely two of the best employees I’ve met there — I’ll be coming back for sure!“

“This place isn't good ITS THE BEST ICE CREAM PLACE YOU CAN EVER GO!!!!! So many options everything tastes so good the donuts taste so fresh and fluffy. This place beats all other ice cream shops by so much. I'm from East Bay and it was worth coming up to Sacramento and trying this amazing place. :)“

“When I went in, there was only one worker and 5 of us customers in the store so I wasn’t greeted but it’s fine because the service was fast. The worker was polite when my order was ready. On the downside it did kinda smell bad in there but I can’t really blame them…. it’s Marconi ave. 😂😂“

“Everything was great, but there are only about 4 or 5 flavors at a time. That is the only bad part. They have endless toppings, the smoothies are made with real fruit, and the fruit toppings are super fresh and tasty (not frozen like other stores - you can see the ice 🧊 on the fruits at other stores). The hours are M-W 11am-9:30pm & Th-Sun 11am-10pm.“

My daughter got one flavor with three toppings, and it ended up being almost $9, which felt a bit pricey for the size. But the place was very clean, and the service was great. “Peeked in some time ago and it I didn't quite trust the ambiance. It always seemed not busy. Food imagery posted outside and on the wall menu aren't the most appealing. Also can't see the kitchen so I wasn't sure if it was a spot that simply microwaves pre prepped food. I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by when my usual spot was swamped with conference attendees. I got the Chicken on Rice. Excellent quality of cuts with no gristle or tendons in sight, fluffy rice, crispy fresh greens. Fantastic flavor explosions. They use compostable takeout containers. A+ would recommend.“

“Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream place so it’s always a good experience when I go. But this time was better. Paul was the one who helped me today. His energy is great! Positive attitude. Held great conversation. More places need employees like him.“

“Came because I’ve been craving Baskin-Robbins but don’t like to eat ice cream when it’s not that hot. Makes me cold fast. Today was in the 90’s. Got my single adult scoop in a waffle cone. I forgot how giant the cones were! They’re a great size, and the scoop wasn’t small. Filled the cone. I was worried it wouldn’t, so I’m glad they proved me wrong. Definitely worth the price.

**P.S. The review below me gave them a bad rating because of a COUNTY-WIDE power outage. They don’t control that. No one knew what was going on or why random places and random homes in different North and South communities had a power outage. That’s not a Baskin-Robbin’s issue. SMUD gave no explanation either. Extremely weird. I think that guy was just having a bad day and took it out on Baskin-Robbin’s.“

“It was getting late as me and my gf came over to get ice cream for a treat. There was also a helicopter circling nearby due to a criminal on the loose? The caring owner was super kind and MADE sure that we were safe and informed us of what was going on before we left. Ice cream was delicious too! Highly recommend the cheese cake cubes :)“

“I came to One Tree for the sole mission to finish some work tasks at night. It’s a good size with plenty of seating. I brought the Thai Tea with Almond Milk, agar boba, no ice, and no added sugar. I’m glad I did as it was definitely sweet enough on its own with the sweetened milk. It wasn’t too strong which was perfect for me as I’m sensitive to caffeine. The only thing downside I would say is the bathroom. It was hard to access during the time I was there as there is only one stall and was a busy night. However, I highly recommend this place.“
