“I can't stand it when they make you pull forward to wait for your food so they can clear the order out inside the building to get better drive through times. From now on I will refuse to move forward from the window, because once you do that I think it takes so much longer to get your order.“

“There's an old hag that works here that accused me of trying to steal soda when I was only trying to fill up my cup with ice so I could put my soda from the cat in it an normally I'm understanding due to people stealing soda or what not but this lady was watching me an seen I dumped out my water an was pushing the ice button then wanted to get all loud an try an call me out on something I was not doing so of course I put her in her place but beware of the old hag with long hair with a haggy face 😅“
“I wanted to update my rating. This McDonald’s has gotten better but still no drink refills on your own. You have to ask mostly because of people that are homeless taking soda.

“Fast, friendly, and the food was perfect. I was completely surprised when my food came out 😲. It was perfect and delicious. I'm 55 years old and never had a McDonald's meal like this one. It was not over cooked and I couldn't believe it. WOW!!!!! THANKS 👍“
“The line in the drive thru was clear on both sides . So I had to choose which side to order from. I had options so I chose the right side of the drive thru. But then it came to me that both sides of the drive thru are located on the right hand side... Lol! Anyway it put me at the front of the line where I was greeted with one of the most Amazing Customer Experiences I've ever encountered. The young man that took my order was polite and very poised. His mannerisms and professional demeanor just shows how genuine you are . I hope you or anyone else that are drive thru super stars receive recognition for the superior customer service. The food was fresh and hot and smelled so yummy I couldn't wait to stuff my face with my perfectly salted French fries , and the deliciousness of the Mc Double. I was kindly greeted at the second window with my order ready and correct. Now it's time to grub!! It was around 9:30 pm at the Stockton and Fruitridge location in Sacramento is where I visited on 9/ 23/24 . Fast ,friendly and speedy service is what I was given so I would rate this a 4 out 5 stars. The outside could use some TLC . Thank you for letting me be part of the experience. Jp“
“I just had a simple cheeseburger .but I have to comment that the cheeseburger was actually pretty darn good .I have not been going to the other McDonald's stores because they're relying on the kiosk and not helping you with your order .in this case the manager or owner was very helpful so I gave him five stars for service“
“McDonald's offers a consistently enjoyable experience with quick service, delicious and affordable menu options, and a decent atmosphere. Their fries were perfectly salted and warm, and the Mcchicken never disappoints. Perfect for a satisfying meal on the go.“
“I frankly don't like the service in this restaurant chain, but if we talk about this particular establishment, then surprisingly, the staff pleased with the speed of service, both when ordering in the hall and on line, and the quarter pounder looked great! thank you!

“I always prefer to eat my meals inside the facility instead of my car, especially when I'm not in a rush to go somewhere. PROS: Plenty of clean and open tables to eat at; and great customer service with little to no wait lines since majority of customers order from the drive thru.“
“Hard to get service they want you to use the machine to order your food you can try to order it at the counter if you can get someone to ring you up if you're not standing there for an hour hard to get napkins cuz no one's at the counter they charge for extra dipping sauces refills“
“The food was hot and fresh. I love that they have self-serve fountain drinks instead of the machines that have all the different drinks coming out of the same dispenser. Those never taste as good. The staff was friendly, especially Terry who always makes sure the service is great. I am so glad the dining room is open again for dining in so I can get some work done on my computer while having lunch.“
“Drive through customer service was great.They even recommended me how to get better.Deals on items that I wanted to get to make it as cheap as possible.They're new chicken.Big Mac's were really good, but the only downside.Was that happy meal that I ordered for my daughter did not come with a burger just fries and apples.“
“This was by far the absolute best McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my 37 years of living. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a 20 piece nugget and a large sweet tea. The cashier Amelia was so delightful and pleasant to talk to. Her words made my day. The server, Hector was so polite and did his job pitch perfectly. My food was delightful and I enjoyed it so much. The kind words from these 2 individuals made me happy cry while I stuffed my fat face LOL. Overall best experience I’ve ever had and would go again just for these 2.“
“I don't have an issue with this McDonald's. Definitely love the app. It makes eating out affordable. Yes, I know it may not be the healthiest choice, but they have $2 fries in the app. And when I'm in a rush, $3 any breakfast sandwiches on the app. Also, $1 for 10 nuggets, cmon son. That's a perfect snack. 👌“
“Food is good. Too many transients. I found a lady jogging just in the parking lot making laps. Lol. The drive through lady is mean. I meant attitude mid aged sugar. But other than that orders are great convenient and hot. I've burnt my throat with chicken nuggets n frys. Good its hot , bad I ate it all.“
“My friend came to this McDONALD’S for one of the lesser known establishments about McDonald’s. It fulfilled it to okay standards. I had a hash brown with my home made sandwich and he got himself an early lunch package. McDonald’s is corporate etc. but here I go again giving one a 4-star review despite how I generally avoid McDonald’s. The atmosphere 1-star is because of the bums hanging around.“
“It's was okay. Can't hear when they call ur order different # than kiosk after you pay changed. Inside order to usually longer. But confusing menu looks like combos came with drink but no. Couldn't tell how to get the deal but one get one for $1 so had to pay at register and No Gluen Free items only fries or ice berge lettuce salad. Ppl don't realize there's over 33% of ppl in the United States that are Gluten Free eaters.“
“I visited this McDonald’s and would rate it three stars. You always know what you’re getting with McDonald’s—reliable, like picking up a screwdriver. The food was exactly as expected: consistent, familiar, and fine for what it is. However, the new decor in the lobby and building is strangely off-putting, with a dystopian, almost Soviet brutalist style of muted colors and stark shapes. It feels cold and unwelcoming compared to the bright, playful vibes of the old McDonald’s with their colorful designs and childhood play gardens. Bring back that cheerful vibe! It’s not bad, but the atmosphere drags the experience down.“
“This McDonald's has been around for decades and I remember coming here when I was a kid. It's changed and upgraded over the years and serves exactly what you'd expect from them.
I don't often get fast food anymore but needed a quick breakfast so decided to grab a McMuffin meal. The drive through was quick and service was efficient and friendly. The sausage mcmuffin was decent but the hash brown wasn't great.
Like others, I don't really feel the value of the food anymore as it's become so expensive relative to a sit down place. I'm not a fan of downloading apps although I hear that's the only/best way to get a deal anymore. Overall I stopped by because of nostalgia and convenience. May do so again in the future but not planning any special trips.“

The attendant was patient and accommodating as my wife and kids placed their orders. When I realized an item was missing, I returned and showed my receipt - the attendant promptly retrieved the item without hesitation or questioning.

Antonia is a star employee. In my opinion, she would be a value add to upper management. She's engaged, friendly, prompt and helps the less experienced employees with a smile and laugh without demeaning them. I've been able to observe her work ethics over and year. She remembers our family and how to make our frappe. She is still cool and collected, even under pressure, which is often at this location for the lunch rush hour.

I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru thanks to Emilio, a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s. His energy, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out. From taking the order to handing it over with a smile, he was fast, courteous, and made the entire interaction smooth and pleasant.
It’s clear that Emilio takes pride in his work and values great customer service. In a world where good service is sometimes hard to come by, Emilio reminded me that there are still people who go the extra mile to make your day better.
Kudos to Emilio for representing McDonald’s with excellence and care! I hope he gets recognized for the awesome job he’s doing“
“I don't eat fast food very often. This McDonald's happens to be near the job site I'm working on. It's really convenient to grab lunch, snacks, or just a coffee. The staff is super friendly. The food is always hot. I've never had a bad experience there. If you have a problem with people of limited means, I highly suggest you visit a McDonald's where you don't have to see these people. I love most of the homeless in the area. They are kind and giving, and I always bring a couple of snacks and drinks to a couple of people out there. They're always very grateful.
Vegetarian options: French fries, tons if drinks including milk shakes, some breakfast items, like a bagel with eggs and cheese, pancakes, fruit and oatmeal, tons of desserts, all kinds of coffee drinks, fruit and yogurt parfait, there's sooo much to choose from!
Parking: Parking is usually plentiful. Lots of open spaces
Kid-friendliness: The interior is def capable of seating families and it's a wide open eating area.“
“It's okay it was another fast meal I mean really what can one say about McDonald's usually they're overpriced but we still attending to this food I mean it's convenient and it's their right 💯 but this one in particular was actually cool because employees were amazing I gave him five stars because they had all those pills really well on my order came out nice and hot just like I wanted for breakfast and I was able to enjoy myself without having cold or messed up order it was no hassle it was free of drama there was nobody begging for me to the window and I made it very nice 👍“
“Went through the drive through. I can tell there have been some changes made especially with staffing. The customer service was 100% better, and the food quality was great! Much better than 6-8 months ago which was about the last time I visited there. I was out with my food in under 5 min and the drive thru was busy so that was a great experience. I am glad to see that there is some changes because I have avoided this location because it was pretty bad the last couple of times I had gone. Hope it stays like this for the next time I visit!“
“I thought I ordered steak bagel, but got home to find it was sausage. I returned to exchange and realized the receipt did indeed say sausage. I cant say if I misspoke or was misheard.. what I do know is that the employees fixed it. I did pay the extra cost of steak as I should. I just wanted to post about how nice the staff/Mgr was when fixing the order.“
“First time here. Everything came out fine for me. Order was on point. Lady that gave me the food seemed a little shy. Only thing i didnt like was watching this guy in my photo just stand there and not get served. No even a hi or anything. Other than that iver it was good.“

“The staff are nice and understanding, but the wifi absolutely sucks. The app never works for me here. The food is consistent, and I never have any issues with my orders. The food might look a little sloppy, but it tastes good. I do like the flow of traffic. You can only come in one way and go out one way.“
