The food, location, and cleanliness of the place is ok. I enjoy their kapoon, cream cheese wonton, and chicken skewers the most. I am deeply disappointed as being a regular especially with purchasing their Thai tea. Today I was there and ordered 2 Thai tea w/light ice and one with boba and one no boba extra sweet.
