Not cheap, but tasty. Good veggies and give a lot of banh trang. The fish sauce is very flavorful. Grape leaf beef is juicy, catfish had great flavor, and banh xeo had lots of mung bean. I'd come back, but expect to spend.

Pretty good food. Parking in the back, don't follow GGMap go to front.
Tay Giang is the only place in Sacramento that serves up DIY catfish spring rolls, and is great when you're craving something healthy and different.
