“Y'all owe me a "I Love Weiners" hat. I went in a week or 2 ago when you were selling the hats, asked for a hat, and was told you were sold out. The very next day I saw an employee hand a hat to the car in front of me and when I asked for a hat, I was told they're cash only. Personally I think that's illegal to deny a form of legal payment but accept it for food just because a part # is no longer in your system. And they didn't even have a manager on the premises that day. The day after that I went in again and asked for a hat and was told they were sold out indefinitely. Wack. Plus your employees are always gatekeeping the simple sauces like ketchup. Who orders a hotdog and expects to not get ketchup with it. Food is a solid 10 out of 10. But man these past experiences make it an absolute headache to go there.“

Thank you for that. the place was fine - and the only reason I really get into all this so deeply is that I wonder: what did those people expect? If I was on the route again, I would go again. Would I make a 30+ min detour just to dine here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars): hell no. It's a burger place - one that was on the way when we wanted one - and it did it's job. Today was a warm day and the AC inside felt great. I stopped in here and was in and out within 10 minutes so I could have a bite to eat before church down the road...“

go to in Berdoo. There are certain employees who work there who to some degree shows kindness to the less fortunate or ones you can tell are struggling with something in there life.
