“I am surprised to see the low ratings for most of the Carl's - and am scared that people compare apples with oranges. This is Carl's a burger joint. It's sure not stylish - and it sells food for a small budget. We greeted friendly, as my wife and I wanted just to share a quick bite and a drink, lovely Lisbeth P (I do not know, just see her name on the check) informed us of their policy buy two big sandwiches for $5. Thank you for that. the place was fine - and the only reason I really get into all this so deeply is that I wonder: what did those people expect? If I was on the route again, I would go again. Would I make a 30+ min detour just to dine here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars): hell no. It's a burger place - one that was on the way when we wanted one - and it did it's job. Friendly and tasty. Well done.“

“Y'all owe me a "I Love Weiners" hat. I went in a week or 2 ago when you were selling the hats, asked for a hat, and was told you were sold out. The very next day I saw an employee hand a hat to the car in front of me and when I asked for a hat, I was told they're cash only. Personally I think that's illegal to deny a form of legal payment but accept it for food just because a part # is no longer in your system. And they didn't even have a manager on the premises that day. The day after that I went in again and asked for a hat and was told they were sold out indefinitely. Wack. Plus your employees are always gatekeeping the simple sauces like ketchup. Who orders a hotdog and expects to not get ketchup with it. Food is a solid 10 out of 10. But man these past experiences make it an absolute headache to go there.“

“I stopped by this Wienerschnitzel on a Friday evening around 7 PM, and I have to say, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the place was. Walking in, I immediately noticed that the floors were spotless, the tables were wiped down, and there was no lingering trash or spills anywhere—something you don’t always find at fast-food spots during peak hours. The drink station was also tidy, fully stocked with lids, straws, and napkins, which was a nice touch.

What stood out the most was how completely empty the dining area was. While that might have been a little eerie at first, it actually made for a peaceful experience. No loud conversations, no kids running around—just a quiet space to sit and eat. Given that the drive-thru was packed, with cars continuously pulling through, it was surprising that no one had chosen to dine in. I’m not sure if that’s the norm here, but it worked out well for me.

Service-wise, the staff seemed efficient, juggling a steady stream of drive-thru orders while still acknowledging me at the counter right away. My food came out hot and fresh, and despite the rush outside, there was no sense of chaos inside. I appreciated that my order was accurate, and the fries were crispy—not the undercooked or stale ones you sometimes get at fast food joints. They were not stingy with condiments either.“

“I had a really great experience with Juan at this Taco Bell. From the start he was very cheerful through the intercom and doesn’t make you feel like a bother. He makes you feel like he’s happy you’re there and happy to do his job. Great customer service is sometimes hard to come by at drive thru windows due to them working fast paced I’m sure, but Juan’s customer service was so excellent I felt the need to write this review. When at the window he was very patient and didn’t make me feel rushed with payment or taking the food etc, but I could see through the window he was hustling and moving fast in there to get everyones orders out quickly, which I appreciated. It's our Sunday place to go because we know the food is delicious but this morning we were let down because we asked for well-done hash browns and when we got home to find out our hash browns were raw. We spent 47.00 total for our order altogether .So we went back and of course you fixed your order thank you very much it was delicious but I have to say that you're older short lady who works at the front desk was very rude to us and we were trying to be nice to her and we were but she continued to give us dirty looks and roll her eyes at us because she messed up. We told her three times to make sure our hash browns were well done and they weren't. We are good customers and we didn't deserve the looks and the attitude that she was giving to us. This is not the first time she has been rude to us she was also rude to us at the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago. Please give her a talking to because what she did to us was wrong we didn't deserve to be treated that way by her for a mistake she made not us. We are now 40 years old and stop here when we are in the area since we live in another city. The food is always good, friendly service and still tastes as good is it did when we were kids!“
