“The tall guy working at the drive thru this saturday morning at about 530 am had GREAT customer service 🙂 Definitely the best tasting breakfast sandwiches ive had from any jack in the box. Overall great vibrations for this early morning .“
“Man...I had the best experience ever at the Jack in the Box Store #3195.
The staff possess great customer service skills, they're very efficient, friendly, and have a genuine happy smile.
At the time of our visit, Store #3195 is tidy and clean.
KUDOS to the staff for a great job.“

“Hello I have been trying to apply for this location, however I’ve encountered the issue of the job application website being down for this specific store. Will the store be hiring anytime soon? Looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry this summer & also trying to make some money to buy books for school. If the owner could please reply or how I can get in touch with an application I’d greatly appreciate it thank you ??.“
“I’m not sure if i have the correct person on my receipt but there’s this lady who always gives amazing customer service. She is so polite and patient when I’ve had a huge order. She is a hard worker and and is the best example of outstanding service. On my receipt it says her name is Arbelia. Thank you so much! 🙂“
“Even though there's always a long line it moves fast worth the wait costumer service is good for the area. Sucks they won't take two seperate orders in one car at the drive thru though other than that don't let the area and residents scare u away there foods just as good as any other location hint there's always a line 😉 recommend if ur near by drive thru is always best at this location it's faster

“I was promptly greeted by Night Manager Brian through the drive-thru speaker. He was friendly and professional. I was a little indecisive. I really needed a chocolate shake but also wanted an oreo shake. He said he'd make it any way I wanted. I pulled up and he handed me this (see picture). His friendliness and patience were very much appreciated. It turned my stressful day around. Thank you!“
“The food is good and with a coupon you can't beat the prices. The people at the drive through window may as well be replaced with automated voices as the last few times I was there they acted like they hate their jobs. They just might but if you are dealing with the public, be nice“
“I've got to say this is a solid Jack in the Box. The lines never been very long and they always get me my food super quick. Everyone's always been friendly. It's easy to get into the drive-thru easy to get back out on the road. I always enjoy the egg rolls with ranch dressing.“
“This store is the closest fast food place to me (though there's a few more options a couple blocks down), and they've never been rude to me, have never said no to any special requests to customize items, and they understand that if my order is $16.31 and I give them $21.31, I want a $5 bill back. They don't stare at me and have to call the manager like most other drive thrus. They have never forgot an item, and only once or twice have they messed something up, like putting cheese on a burger that the ticket is marked no cheese. It's nice to be able to go to a drive-thru in 2024 and get the service you expect: polite workers who behave like they are being paid to provide a service to me.
They provide good service WITHOUT treating me like I should be grateful that they are doing me a favor by even providing any level of service.
Also a friendly reminder that food service workers deserve to be treated properly, too.
The only drawback to this location is that you do sometimes find homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, by the drive thru menus, or at the drive thru exit. The kind that hang out in this area are usually addicts. But I've never seen them hanging out during the hours that the doors are open for inside dining. The store does try to make them leave once they are aware, and I've never seen any act threatening or aggressive, nor am I aware of any incidents here, so don't decide not to get food here if you see any of them hanging around.
Parking: Open parking lot with entrances off a main Street and side street. Drive thru doesn't interfere with parking.“
