Chicken Papaya Salad and Beef Garlic Noodles…Both were delicious!
Good food, relatively inexpensive, large portions, smaller size restaurant
This little restaurant was cute and homey. We loved that there was a vegan section on the menu. A little disappointing that there weren’t many actual vegetables in the dishes and I tried to order a side of veggies and the chef said they don’t offer that. No broccoli, no bok choy, no cabbage. Little Vietnamese Bistro is a hidden gem for delicious Viet-Asian comfort food. The chef's recommendations are spot-on, including the open flame cooked Quail, perfectly seasoned Eel, and the garlic five spice chicken noodles, which are impeccable. Their ultimate appetizer platter is a must-try, offering a variety of tasty bites. The pig stomach and chicken soup is perfect for winter, hearty and flavorful, while the curry soup with chicken is scrumptious. The beef stew and fried chicken with fish paste are also top-notch. The oxtail pho is a standout dish, and the crab meat & tomato noodle soup is a unique favorite. The vegan options are great, and the vermicelli noodle salad with egg roll is exceptional. Although the parking may be limited, the friendly staff and quick service make up for it. The bathrooms could use some improvement, but the overall dining experience at Little Vietnamese Bistro is worth coming back for.
