The sandwiches are absolutely fantastic!!!
Food is great but can be a little pricey, I have had some delivery issues as far as incorrect items but always have been taken care of by friendly employees, Enrique helped me out today after running into an issue. Thank you, replacement sandwich was delicious…
Erica and the other employee working Monday night at Jimmy John's were awesome! Erica was patient and helpful with my somewhat complicated order and all of my add-ons. The gentleman who made my sandwich was great too, he was softly singing while he worked, and it genuinely made my day. Friendly service, great attitudes, and a delicious sandwich. Thank you both for making my Monday night a little brighter!

Jimmy John's is a popular sandwich shop in Pacific Beach, known for its great subs, amazing food, and outstanding customer service. The prices are reasonable, and the restaurant has improved over time, with a snappy service and the same quality customers expect from the brand. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's worth trying for a quick, fresh, and accurately prepared meal.
