Mosaic Restaurant & Bar offers excellent breakfast and dinner options on their newly updated menus. The portions are huge and the food is delivered fast. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. Guests enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks and creamy mashed potatoes, though prices can be a bit high. The restaurant accommodates large groups and the rib eye and mosaic burger are highly recommended. The risotto with scallops was a bit undercooked but was promptly fixed. Conveniently located near the Sheraton hotel with easy parking, it's a clean and pleasant dining experience.
