1. I ordered a flatbread and it took 45 minutes. When it arrived, the bottom was burnt, completely black. I took it back and a new one was made, free of charge.2. While I was waiting, they shut down their operation in the middle of the dinner rush, claiming they were backed up. If you are scheduled as one of two food trucks for a sold out event, you should plan accordingly.3. I do have to say the gal taking orders had wonderful customer service.
