“Met a friend for lunch today. Have been passing by for years. Big Mistake! Excellent food. Steak Sandwich was just right: size, flavor, cooked to perfection. My wife, had southwest wrap, she was pleased as well. As a side, I had the onion soup which was good, but I have had better. Our server was friendly, polite and attentive without rushing us.
I certainly will be back again.“

“If you like breakfast burritos. This is the place for you. Go there and get their All Meat Huge Breakfast Burrito. It is fantastic. You won't regret it. They also have really good fried zucchini. Their burgers are good too. There are no prices on the menu so be sure to ask for a menu at the window for future visits. Great place for any meal. Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. Enjoy! =)“

“The family went for dinner. We tried the vegan matcha ramen, tonyu ramen and tonyu kick ramen. All were good, the matcha didn’t taste much different from the plain tonyu. The tonyu kick was spicier but not much, next time I will get the tonyu flame which is supposed to be very hot. All were very tasty but slightly sweet broth but it was rich and had a nice mouthfeel. The vegan gyoza were delicious. Will definitely go again“

“Had the tocino bowl at Butter, and it absolutely delivered! The pork was tender with that classic sweet savory caramelization, and just a bit of crisp on the edges, so satisfying 👌🏼The egg was cooked perfectly with a runny yolk that tied everything together, and the pickled veggies added a nice crunch and tang that balanced out the richness. Portion size was solid, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The casual vibe and friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a delicious, comforting Filipino inspired meal with great flavor and presentation“

“Yesterday, I discovered a hidden treasure in San Dimas - Sweet Savory Cafe. This cafe is known for its delicious cookies that sell out quickly. They offer a variety of international flavors, including Cuban sandwiches, salads, soups, freshly made bread, empanadas, and other bakery items. Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. Visit their website at SweetSavoryCafe.com or call them at 909-305-9738. Their menu includes breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, avocado toasts, old fashioned oatmeal, and build-your-own scramblers. For lunch and dinner, they offer sandwiches, Paninis, burritos, Cuban sandwiches, veggie sandwiches, wraps, salads, combos, kids' menu, bagels, and more. They even have Keto-friendly San Dimas Barbershop Tacos! There is parking available in the front and back, and plenty of seating inside and outside. If you have a large party, they can accommodate you by pushing tables together. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy a meal with family. They also offer freshly made orange juice, and all their sandwiches are made with their own bread. I tried a new flavor of Sweet & Savory bread and found it to be very delicious. I added cream cheese to it yesterday and tried it with butter today. This is definitely my new go-to place for food. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. Thank you to the owner, Haydee, and her family for providing such a great first experience. I'm now a loyal customer!“
